About Xpressbees

Xpressbees was founded in 2015 as a technology-first logistics company, spun out of the baby products marketplace FirstCry. It has grown rapidly into one of India's top five courier companies by volume, serving over 2,000 cities and towns.

Unlike older courier networks built on franchise models, Xpressbees built its infrastructure around D2C (direct-to-consumer) brands and e-commerce platforms. Its tech stack, API-first integration approach, and real-time tracking have made it a favourite among brands selling on their own websites, as well as on Meesho, Amazon, and Nykaa.

Xpressbees Tracking Number Format

Xpressbees tracking numbers are typically 12–18 alphanumeric characters. Common prefixes include XB, XBees, or a purely numeric string depending on the integration. If you received an order from a D2C brand, check your order confirmation email — the AWB (Air Waybill) number listed there is your Xpressbees tracking ID.

How to Track

Via TrackParcel: Select Xpressbees from the carrier dropdown at trackparcel.in, enter the AWB, and get live status.

Via Xpressbees: Go to xpressbees.com and use the tracking widget on the homepage.

Status Messages Decoded

"Manifested" — The shipment has been created in Xpressbees' system by the seller. Physical pickup is pending.

"Picked Up" — The Xpressbees agent has collected the package from the seller's location.

"In Scan" — The package has been scanned into a Xpressbees facility.

"In Transit" — Moving through the Xpressbees network between hubs.

"Out for Delivery" — With the delivery agent on today's route.

"Delivery Failed" — Attempt made but unsuccessful. Xpressbees typically retries the next working day.

"RTO in Transit" — The package is returning to the seller (Return to Origin).

Why Xpressbees?

For D2C brands, Xpressbees offers competitive surface rates, strong tier-2 reach, and API integrations that make it easy to automate shipping. If you're receiving a package from an independent brand's website (not Amazon or Flipkart), Xpressbees is one of the more likely couriers behind it.

Resolving Issues

For stuck or failed deliveries, contact Xpressbees customer support at support@xpressbees.com or through your seller's support channel. Because Xpressbees primarily serves business customers (brands and sellers), end consumers often get faster resolution by going through the brand they ordered from rather than contacting Xpressbees directly.
