These are general explanations, not a complete mapping of every carrier label. Read the original remark and event timestamp. Results may be cached; a scan location is not live GPS. The carrier remains the source for delivery records and commitments.

What does Manifested / Shipment Created mean in parcel tracking?
The shipment or label has been recorded electronically. This status alone does not establish physical pickup: the parcel may still be with the sender, or a later scan may not yet be available. Ask the sender to confirm handover if the promised dispatch date has passed. Keep the carrier-issued reference rather than substituting a store order ID.
What does Picked Up / Collected mean in parcel tracking?
The carrier records collection of the parcel. A following event may identify a collection facility or sorting centre. The time between collection and the next scan depends on the route and processing schedule; this status does not supply a delivery date. For a return, keep the pickup acknowledgement until the seller confirms receipt and any refund is resolved.
What does In Transit mean in parcel tracking?
The parcel is being processed or transported through the carrier network. It need not be moving at the instant you check, and it is not necessarily on the way directly to your address. Compare the latest scan date, location and activity with the destination. A scan gap alone does not prove loss. Contact the carrier or seller when the promised date passes or the event requests action.
What does Arrived at Hub / Reached Destination Hub mean in parcel tracking?
An arrived-at-hub event records arrival at a processing facility, which may be an intermediate stop. Reached Destination Hub is more specific, but still does not mean out for delivery. Check the actual facility and destination rather than assuming a city-level label identifies your delivery branch. Neither total transit time nor remaining local delivery time can be inferred from a hub arrival alone. Confirm collection arrangements before travelling to a facility.
What does Out for Delivery mean in parcel tracking?
The carrier has assigned the parcel to a delivery run. Delivery is intended, not guaranteed by a fixed hour: route changes or an unsuccessful attempt may lead to a later update. Keep the recipient's phone reachable and check any carrier instructions. Request rescheduling through the carrier or seller if needed; TrackParcel cannot change the delivery run. Share a delivery OTP only when the correct parcel is being handed over.
What does Delivered mean in parcel tracking?
The carrier records the shipment as delivered. If you do not have it, check with household members, reception or an authorised recipient, then promptly dispute the delivery through the carrier or seller. Ask for the available delivery record and keep the event date and complaint reference. Do not assume a delivered scan means the parcel is waiting at a post office. Proof-of-delivery details and claim deadlines depend on the service.
What does Delivery Attempted / Failed Attempt mean in parcel tracking?
The carrier records an unsuccessful delivery attempt. Read the reason: it may mention an address query, an unavailable recipient or another obstacle. Delivery Not Attempted is different and should not be treated as proof that an agent visited. Contact the carrier or seller to confirm the next step and correct private address details if needed. Attempt counts and holding periods vary; do not assume an automatic next-day retry.
What does Exception / Delay mean in parcel tracking?
The carrier reports a disruption or an issue requiring attention. The detailed remark matters more than this broad label: an address problem needs a different response from a transport interruption or customs hold. An exception does not itself prove loss or establish when normal processing will resume. Use the carrier's official support channel and provide the reference, last scan and any requested documents.
What does RTO (Return to Origin) mean in parcel tracking?
The parcel is being returned toward the sender. Return initiated, return in transit and return delivered describe different stages; initiation does not confirm the sender has received it. Contact the seller if you still want the order or need a refund. Whether a return can be stopped, a replacement sent or money refunded depends on the carrier and seller's terms, not the tracking label alone.
What does Customs Clearance / Held at Customs mean in parcel tracking?
The shipment is undergoing customs processing or is held pending a decision or action. These labels do not all mean duties are owed. Read the specific request and confirm it through the carrier or customs authority's official channel before providing documents or paying. Processing time varies by shipment and requirements; there is no universal clearance deadline or duty-free value established by this tracking status.
