DTDC references include a letter followed by 8–10 digits (for example Z12345678 or V3501635425), digit–letter layouts and numeric references. Copy the complete consignment number from the receipt; length alone cannot identify the carrier.
How long does DTDC delivery take?
Metro cities: 1–3 business days. Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 3–5 business days. Remote areas can take 5–7 business days.
My DTDC tracking says 'consignment booked' - what does that mean?
It means your package has been picked up and entered into the DTDC system but hasn't reached the sorting facility yet. Updates usually follow within 12–24 hours.
