By accessing or using TrackParcel (trackparcel.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the website.

TrackParcel is a free, no-login parcel tracking aggregator that allows users to check the status of shipments from supported Indian courier services. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or completeness of tracking information returned.

TrackParcel fetches tracking data directly from courier websites and APIs. We do not generate, modify, or fabricate tracking information. However, we cannot guarantee that:

- Tracking data is always up to date or accurate - All tracking events are captured - The service will always be available or uninterrupted - Tracking results will match those shown on the courier's own website at every moment

For official or time-critical shipment status, always verify directly with the courier.

You agree to use TrackParcel only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You must not:

- Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform - Attempt to access the service through automated means at unreasonable rates (scraping/bots) - Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the service - Use the service to track shipments for fraudulent or illegal purposes - Interfere with other users' use of the service

All content on TrackParcel - including the website design, code, text, and logo - is the property of TrackParcel's operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Carrier logos, names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. TrackParcel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any courier company.

TrackParcel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that: - The service will be uninterrupted or error-free - Tracking results will be accurate or complete - Any errors in the service will be corrected

Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrackParcel and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

- Loss of profits or revenue - Missed deliveries due to reliance on inaccurate tracking information - Data loss or corruption - Any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed ₹500 INR.

TrackParcel may contain links to third-party websites, including courier websites and tracking portals. These links are provided for your convenience. We have no control over the content or practices of these sites and accept no responsibility for them. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this page. By continuing to use TrackParcel after revisions are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TrackParcel shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
