TrackParcel is an indie project built to solve a real problem - too many carrier apps, too many websites, too much friction. We built the tracker we always wanted. No logins, no nonsense, just results.
India has some of the most complex logistics in the world - 1.4 billion people, 7 major private couriers, and India Post's network of 164,999 post offices as of 31 March 2025. Each carrier has its own tracking format, its own website quirks, and its own way of showing (or not showing) shipment status. TrackParcel brings supported carrier lookups into one focused flow.

Our Story.

The problem
Every time a parcel was ordered, the same frustrating ritual: open the seller's email, find the carrier name, open the carrier's website, enter the tracking number - only to be greeted by a broken page or a cryptic status. With 120 supported courier services and no standardisation, tracking a parcel was harder than it needed to be.

The build
TrackParcel was built as an indie project in a few weekends. No VC funding, no team of engineers - just a developer who was tired of the friction and wanted to solve it properly. The goal: select your carrier, enter the tracking number, fetch the status, and show it cleanly. No login, no app download, no spam.

The philosophy
We believe utilities should be free and responsive. TrackParcel keeps the tracking flow focused on every screen size, measures performance during releases, and improves carrier reliability over time. We'll keep adding carriers and keep it funded by ads instead of paywalls or dark patterns.

You shouldn't need an account to check where your parcel is. No sign-up required, no email asked for.
Speed as a feature
We keep the tracking flow focused and avoid unnecessary waits in the parts of the experience we control. A fast website is a respectful website.
No clutter
No cookie banners beyond what's legally required. No bloated UI. Just the tracking result, with ads that keep it free.

Designed around Indian courier formats, pin codes, and the reality of how e-commerce works in India.
Privacy first
We don't require accounts or build tracking profiles. Recent results may be cached temporarily to reduce repeated requests to carrier systems.

Carrier integrations are monitored and updated as upstream systems change; availability can still vary by carrier.
