What counts as an active shipment?
What counts as an active shipment?
A shipment counts once in a monthly usage period if we check it at least once in that period, automatically or because you refreshed it. Adding a shipment counts it, since its first check runs straight away. A shipment delivered or returned in an earlier period that isn't checked again doesn't count, and neither does an archived one.
What happens when we reach our plan's limit?

At 80% you get a notice in the app and a banner. At 100%, new shipments wait until the next period, an upgrade or, on Growth and Pro, an extra pack of 500 (Coming soon). Shipments you already track keep being checked to the end of their journey. There are no surprise overage charges.

No. The price you see is what you pay, in rupees; nothing is added to it.

Online payment is off for now. Email us to buy a plan and pay us directly; we reply with an activation code. An Owner or Admin enters it in Settings → Plan, and the plan starts at once. Before it ends, a new code renews it with no gap. Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, and 12 months cost 10 months' price.

12 months cost 10 times the monthly price, so two months are free: ₹4,990 for Starter, ₹14,990 for Growth and ₹39,990 for Pro. 1, 3 and 6 months cost the monthly price for each month. Every length is on sale now: email us to buy, and the plan runs to its end date. It doesn't renew on its own; a new code before the end adds its months with no gap.

No trial: every new workspace starts on the Free plan, with 25 active shipments a month for as long as you like and no card needed. Buy a plan when you need more; shipments beyond the Free plan's 25 wait until you do, and nothing is deleted.
How often does each plan check shipments?
How often does each plan check shipments?
The Free plan checks every 12 hours. Starter and Growth adapt to each parcel: every 2 hours while it is out for delivery and every 6 hours in transit. Pro and Enterprise check most often, every 90 minutes while out for delivery. Checks stop once a parcel is delivered or returned.
Can we get a refund?

No. All sales are final: plans bought with an activation code aren't refundable. A code lost before it is entered is replaced with a new one. Service credits come only with Enterprise contracts. If a feature this page shows as coming on a date misses that date by more than 30 days, plans that list it can ask for a pro-rata credit for the months paid without it.
