Shipping and Delivery Policy

TrackParcel sells a digital service. Access starts as soon as the activation code is entered. Nothing physical is shipped.

We send the activation code once your payment reaches us. Your plan applies to your workspace on app.trackparcel.in as soon as an Owner or Admin enters the code in Settings → Plan. If it hasn't changed within a few minutes, write to us from our contact page.

TrackParcel tracks parcels that couriers carry; it doesn't carry or deliver them. Questions about a parcel's delivery go to its courier or to the business that sent it.
