The same 144 couriers as the free tracker, including India Post Speed Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Trackon and regional couriers such as VRL Logistics, ST Courier, Shree Maruti and Shree Anjani. You keep your own courier accounts and add only the tracking numbers.
On paid plans, checks adapt to each parcel: often while it is out for delivery, less often in transit, and they stop once it is delivered or returned. The Free plan checks every 12 hours. You can also refresh any shipment by hand.
Never. Removing a shipment archives it, and tracking numbers are kept in full.
Yes. Every new workspace starts on the Free plan: 25 active shipments a month, for as long as you like, with no card needed. There is no trial: when you need more, buy a paid plan, from ₹499 a month.
Online payment is off for now. Email us to buy a plan and pay us directly; we reply with an activation code. An Owner or Admin enters it in Settings → Plan, and the plan starts at once. Before it ends, a new code renews it with no gap. Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, and 12 months cost 10 months' price.
No. All sales are final: plans bought with an activation code aren't refundable. A code lost before it is entered is replaced with a new one. Service credits come only with Enterprise contracts.
