Plan end and renewals

A plan runs to its end date: the warnings before it ends, renewing with no gap, the Free plan afterwards, and why all sales are final.

Updated

A plan runs to its end date. Plans are bought with an activation code for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and don't renew by themselves. There is nothing to cancel: a plan simply ends, unless a new code renews it. Nothing is deleted when it does.

Before a plan ends

The Owner and Admins see a banner in the app from 14 days before the end date, such as “Your Growth plan ends on 19 Nov 2026. To renew, email us for a new activation code.” It turns red on the last day. A plan never ends without warning: it ends after reminders in the app 30, 7 and 1 days before. The 30-day reminder comes only when the plan had 32 days or more to run when it started or a code last extended it, and the 7-day one only when it had 9 days or more, so a 1-month plan gets the 7-day and 1-day ones. The 1-day reminder comes on any plan longer than a day.

Renewing

To renew, email us for a new code: use “Email to buy” in Settings → Plan, or the banner's “Renew” button, which opens the “Activation code” box there. When an Owner or Admin enters a code for the plan you're on, its months are added to the current end date, so there is no gap. A code for another plan switches to it at once. The time left on your current plan is converted at the two plans' monthly prices, then the code's months are added. For example, 300 days of Starter become about 37 days of Pro. Buying a plan and activation codes covers both.

After the plan ends

If no code renews it, the workspace moves to the Free plan within 15 minutes of the end date. Nothing is deleted: shipments, history and settings stay, and paid features pause. Free tracks 25 active shipments a month, so shipments beyond that wait until you buy a plan again. Its lists show the shipments added in the last 90 days. Older shipments are kept and appear when you upgrade.

Refunds

All sales are final: plans bought with an activation code are not refundable. A code that is lost before anyone enters it is switched off, and a new one is issued in its place. That is a replacement, not a refund.

To ask about your plan or a payment, contact support with your workspace name: from the app (Help → Contact support) on Starter and above, or write to support [at] trackparcel.in on any plan, including after your plan has ended and the workspace is on Free.

Service credits

Service credits are offered only under Enterprise contracts, not on the monthly plans. An Enterprise contract sets the availability commitment and its credit, 5% of that month's fee for each full 4 hours below the commitment, up to 50%, taken off the next charge, and only for outages on TrackParcel's side. Courier websites being slow or down is not a TrackParcel outage: we show the last good status and say when a courier is delayed.

If a feature shown with an “Available from” date misses that date by more than 30 days, customers on plans that list it can ask for a pro-rata credit for the months they paid without it. The full policy is on the refund and cancellation policy page.
