ICL describes Integrated Couriers & Logistics as an express and freight forwarding company in India, with its head office in Hyderabad and express centres across the country. Its site lists domestic and international shipping, Vathslya special gift deliveries, airport-to-airport service and DGR cargo; the copyright line names Sri Balaji Max Mail Private Limited.

This page covers the Domestic tab of ICL's Track Shipment page, the lookup TrackParcel reads. International consignments use a separate International tab on another system, which TrackParcel does not read; ICL's FAQ says it works with international courier companies such as FedEx, DHL and UPS.

ICL's FAQ says you are given an AWB (Airway bill) number at booking and can track it on iclexpress.in or iclinternational.in. The Domestic tab's box is labelled AWB / Reference Number, but only an all-digit entry is looked up as a consignment; anything with a letter is sent as 0. Consignment numbers are numeric and their length varies.

Before ICL's domestic lookup sees an entry, TrackParcel's search box turns its letters to capitals and usually drops spaces, dashes, dots, commas and slashes, though 10 to 14 digits joined to 5 more by a dash or underscore keep one dash. No ICL length or shape check follows: up to 50 digits, letters A to Z, dashes or underscores reach that lookup. Two numbers joined by a comma are therefore sent as one.

TrackParcel reads the same domestic lookup as ICL's Domestic tab. Its summary leaves the destination empty until delivery, then takes it from the consignment details, else the newest row, and its timeline lists each history row with a readable date, time and status, plus its location, newest first. The origin is the location of the oldest row.

ICL's own page prints the date and the time in separate columns. TrackParcel sets no zone on these times, so it shows them as ICL gives them, unconverted and with no zone label. When the reply has a current status but no history rows, TrackParcel shows that status with no timeline and no origin, and a destination from the consignment details only once that status reads as delivered. In that case a status that reads as a delivery, such as POD Uploaded, is shown as Delivered instead.

The Domestic tab shows that line when its reply holds no consignment details, and asks for a valid tracking number when the lookup itself fails. TrackParcel reports not found only for a 404 from ICL's own tracking service or an empty reply with a no-record message; a 404 web page, any other empty reply, a server error or an unreadable answer is never shown as a missing consignment.

A reference with letters is looked up as 0 on ICL's own tab, so check that you have the all-digit AWB number from the booking. If it is still not found, ask the ICL office that booked it.

ICL's contact page has a form for your name, email, phone and message, and lists the Begumpet head office in Hyderabad with separate Domestic and International email addresses. Support runs Monday to Saturday, with Sunday closed. ICL's FAQ says it files damage claims with the carrier company, such as FedEx or DHL; have the AWB number ready.
