OBN Express describes itself as a tech-enabled courier and logistics company established in 2012, specialising in domestic and international courier services. Its pages give an office in Shivaji Nagar, Pune, and list reverse pickup management and mailroom management among its services.

This page tracks the docket entered on OBN's Awb Tracking page, which the Consignment Tracker on OBN's own website embeds. The Pin Code Tracker and the calculators on that site are separate OBN tools that TrackParcel does not read.

OBN's tracking page has a single box, labelled Docket Tracking, under the heading Awb Tracking. TrackParcel's Auto-Detect offers OBN Express for six or ten digits, and its notes say both OBN dockets confirmed in its training window had ten. Both lengths are shared with other couriers. For six digits, Auto-Detect lists several ahead of OBN Express, Tirupati Courier and VRL Logistics among them.

From a six- or ten-digit docket, the search box strips pasted labels, spaces, hyphens and similar separators before a lookup, and it capitalises any letters. No OBN-specific format check follows, so a result of up to 50 letters and digits goes to OBN's form as one docket.

TrackParcel opens OBN's Awb Tracking page and submits the docket through its form, as a visitor would. From the table labelled Date, Activity, Tracking Details and Location, each Activity becomes the event, the Location its place and the details its remark, newest first and with no time zone attached.

The headline status is the page's Status line, or else the newest activity, and delivery wording turns it into Delivered with that row's date and time. The origin is the oldest row's location, and no weight or reference is shown.

For a docket it sends to OBN, TrackParcel reports not found only when the page states that the detail was not found, or that it has no tracking, record or data. A block page or the bare form means OBN is unavailable for now. A results page with details but no readable events counts as a fault in TrackParcel's reading, not a missing parcel.

Each attempt on OBN's page gets at most 12 seconds. If a docket keeps coming back not found, ask whoever booked the shipment to confirm it, then raise a ticket through OBN's Support desk.

OBN's FAQ asks you to contact Customer Services as soon as the delivery details change, after which the delivery cost is recalculated. The FAQ gives opening hours of 9.00 am to 6.30 pm, six days a week, and the site links a Support desk with a Create Ticket form.
