Oxford Express Tracking. Free & Online.

Oxford Express Private Limited, a New Delhi courier and cargo company, is tracked by the AWB number its Track Your Shipment page asks for. TrackParcel shows its history lines with dates only. No login required.

The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.

Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.

TrackParcel is independent of Oxford Express. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official Oxford Express website.

About Oxford Express.

Should I enter the Oxford Express AWB No. or the Ref No.?

Enter the AWB number. Oxford's Track Your Shipment page offers AWB No. and Ref No., but TrackParcel sends each lookup to Oxford as one AWB, with no Oxford-specific format check. Auto-Detect offers Oxford Express only for nine-digit numbers, usually as a one-tap pick once its first round of couriers misses; for any other shape, select it from the courier list yourself.

Oxford Express says No Record Found. What now?

Oxford holds no consignment under the AWB that was sent, and TrackParcel shows it as not found. Only that reply counts as a miss: a server fault, an HTML page or an unreadable answer appears as Oxford being unavailable. If the sender gave you a reference rather than the AWB, Oxford's own page can search by reference.

Why does an Oxford Express history show dates but no times?

TrackParcel takes no time from Oxford's reply, so each history line shows its date alone, with no time and no zone beside it. In the one saved reply, the line carried a date such as 31-Jan-2025 and no clock. TrackParcel reverses the order Oxford sends, which it expects to be oldest first, and it shows no delivery time either.

What does BOOKED mean on an Oxford Express consignment?

It is Oxford's overall status for a consignment that has been booked but has not moved yet. In the one saved reply, BOOKED came with a single history line, Shipment Booking By Branch followed by the booking branch. TrackParcel shows the status in Oxford's capitals with a grey badge until a later one replaces it.

What turns an Oxford Express result to Delivered?

Any one of three signs: a delivery status, a filled delivered-on date, or the Delivered step of Oxford's progress bar marked reached. The OFD step alone never counts. When Oxford fills its delivered-on date, that date appears in the result's Delivered on row. The reply has no delivery time.

Oxford Express Tracking – Complete Guide

Oxford Express Private Limited says it was incorporated to provide premium logistic services, and the footer of its site dates those services to 1989. Its about page says operations are run from its registered office in New Delhi, and the footer lists domestic and international courier, cargo and logistics.

Its services page describes express, domestic and time-definite services, moving documents, parcels and freight by air and road across the Indian subcontinent. This page covers consignments looked up on Oxford's own tracker by AWB number; a lookup by reference number is not part of it.

The AWB No. on Oxford's Track Your Shipment page

Oxford's tracking page asks visitors to enter a consignment or reference number, with a choice between AWB No. and Ref No., and notes that several numbers can be tracked by pressing Enter between them. The site publishes no number format of its own.

Letters become capitals and an AWB label, spaces, dots and slashes fall away, with hyphens too outside two kept shapes: BT or BTS ahead of six or more digits, and a five-digit suffix after 10 to 14 digits. At most 50 letters, digits, hyphens or underscores then travel to Oxford as one AWB, with no Oxford-specific format check. Auto-Detect ties Oxford Express to nine-digit numbers. For any other shape, choose Oxford Express by hand.

What Oxford's tracking reply gives TrackParcel

TrackParcel asks the same service Oxford's Track Your Shipment page uses. From the reply it reads the overall status, the origin, the delivery city, the booking date, the delivered-on date and the history lines. The destination arrives as a lane in capitals, such as AMBALA TO KOLKATA, and the city after the last TO becomes the result's To row.

Oxford's reply also carries consignee, forwarding and proof-of-delivery fields. TrackParcel reads none of the consignee, receiver or proof-of-delivery fields, and leaves the forwarding details out as well. It turns the history round, on the expectation that Oxford lists it oldest first.

When Oxford answers No Record Found

For an AWB it does not know, Oxford's service answers with an error status and the message “No Record Found”, and TrackParcel reports the number as not found. Any other unsuccessful answer, a success with no record in it, an HTML page or an unreadable reply is shown as Oxford being unavailable.

When the sender has only a reference rather than the AWB, use Oxford's own page with Ref No. selected. TrackParcel searches by AWB alone and offers no reference option.

Finding the right Oxford Express branch

Oxford's contact page lists a head office at Nehru Place and a branch office at Connaught Place, both in New Delhi. Its Select Destination list, from Agra to Yavatmal, finds contact information for each destination. Proof of delivery is Oxford's to give: TrackParcel does not read the proof-of-delivery field in Oxford's reply.

What Oxford Express tracking statuses mean

Oxford Express's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.

BOOKED
Oxford's overall status for a consignment booked but not yet moved, as in the one saved reply; TrackParcel shows it as written, with a grey badge.
Result badge: grey
Shipment Booking By Branch
The first history line, followed by the name of the branch that booked the consignment; in the saved reply it was the only line.
Result badge: amber (on the way)
INTRANSIT
The second step of the progress bar in Oxford's reply, between Booked and OFD. TrackParcel does not show the bar, only the status and history lines.
Result badge: amber (on the way)
OFD
The progress-bar step that follows INTRANSIT, read as out for delivery. Reaching it never makes TrackParcel show the consignment as Delivered.
Result badge: amber (on the way)
Delivered
The last step of Oxford's progress bar. Once Oxford marks it reached, TrackParcel shows the consignment as Delivered, even if the overall status says otherwise.
Result badge: green (delivered)
No Record Found
Oxford holds no consignment under the AWB sent. TrackParcel reports it as not found; a server fault, an HTML page or an unreadable answer counts as Oxford being unavailable.

Oxford Express FAQ

Does TrackParcel show the consignee or POD for Oxford Express?

No. TrackParcel skips the consignee and receiver names and the proof-of-delivery flag in Oxford's reply, so the result shows status, places and dates only. Those name fields can hold a person's or a company's name, so TrackParcel never fills in a recipient for an Oxford consignment.

Can I track an Oxford Express reference number on TrackParcel?

No. TrackParcel always sends the entry to Oxford as an AWB number, one per lookup, so search a reference on Oxford's own Track Your Shipment page with its Ref No. option selected. That page also takes several numbers in one search, with the Enter key pressed between them.
