Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
If it has 12 digits and starts 158, it matches the GO! waybill series TrackParcel's Auto-Detect recognises. GO!'s own tracking page simply asks for a tracking number, and its app for the waybill number, without describing either. Type it with or without spaces.
Because GO!'s tracker had no shipment to show. TrackParcel reports not found only when GO!'s tracking service itself answers that it has no page for the number, or replies without a scan row TrackParcel can read and says, in English or German, that nothing was found or the shipment has not yet been received. A reply with no history rows and none of that wording, a missing-page error served as a web page, or an access-denied or server-error answer, counts as GO! being unavailable instead.
The shipment was unloaded at a hub. A “loading hub line” scan, usually at the same hub, then means it was loaded onto the line haul to the destination station. TrackParcel keeps GO!'s wording for both scans in the timeline, and the status above them is GO!'s own status line when the page has one.
When the newest scan or GO!'s status line says the shipment was delivered, as a delivery consignee scan does. The delivery date and time then come from that newest scan. Scans and status lines reading undelivered, not delivered, out for delivery or delivery attempted are not treated as a delivery.
No zone is attached. TrackParcel reads GO!'s scan times as plain clock times and adds no time zone to them, so none is shown with a GO! scan. Seconds, where GO! sends them, only decide the order of scans within one minute. A scan dated without a time is ordered as if made at midnight, so it sits below scans timed later that day.
The company behind this tracker is GO! Express & Logistics Deutschland GmbH of Bonn, whose fact sheet names Niederaula in Hesse as the central hub. GO! says it has its own national companies in eight countries, Switzerland among them, plus cooperation partners in further neighbouring countries.
TrackParcel reads the English version of GO!'s German tracker. Parcels from the Swiss company, which GO!'s country menu also links for Liechtenstein, are tracked on a separate system under GO! Schweiz.
GO!'s tracking page asks for a tracking number, and its app for the waybill number. For a 12-digit number starting 158, Auto-Detect does list GO! Express & Logistics, but last, behind Tirupati and other couriers that use 12-digit numbers. Picking GO! from the courier list by hand sends the number straight to GO!.
TrackParcel sets no length or prefix check of its own for GO! numbers. Once the search box has capitalised letters and removed spaces, dots, slashes and most hyphens, whatever remains is sent, so a mistyped number is judged by GO!'s own tracker. If what is left is over 50 characters, or holds a symbol other than a kept hyphen or underscore, such as a plus sign between digits, it is refused as an invalid number first.
TrackParcel asks GO!'s German tracker for its English page, the same service behind the tracking form on GO!'s site. From each scan row it keeps the status phrase, the place, and the date and time, and it lists the newest scan first.
The pickup and delivery places in GO!'s reply become the origin and destination, with labels such as Pickup at removed. Without them, the oldest scan's place stands in for the origin, and the newest scan's place for the destination only once the parcel is delivered. TrackParcel takes no expected delivery date from GO!'s page. Unless a delivery or return date is shown, the result's date row therefore gives the oldest scan's date: Picked up when a scan that day reports a completed pickup, First scan otherwise.
TrackParcel calls a number not found in two cases only: GO!'s tracking service, not a web error page, answers that the page does not exist, or its reply holds no scan row TrackParcel can read and contains wording such as not found, no shipment or not yet received. The German keine Information, noch nicht erhalten and nicht gefunden count the same way.
When a reply has no history rows and none of that wording, TrackParcel treats GO! as unavailable, not the parcel as missing. If every history row is unreadable, even a lone heading row, the lookup counts as a reading error unless that wording is present.
For questions about a shipment, GO!'s tracking page sends you to your local GO! station, found with its station finder from a postcode or city. The contact form on GO!'s site also asks for a postcode, which it needs to forward the request to your station.

Yes. GO!'s fact sheet lists GO! General Overnight as an earlier name of the company that now trades as GO! Express & Logistics. Its German company, GO! Express & Logistics Deutschland GmbH, is registered in Bonn.
Not necessarily. Several identical events in a row usually mean multi-piece shipments or repeated scans. TrackParcel lists every readable row as GO! sends it, ordered by date and time, so repeated hub scans stay visible.
Yes. GO!'s app for Android and iOS tracks a shipment by its waybill number without separate registration. It keeps an overview of the 100 most recently entered shipment numbers, sends push notifications and runs in German, English, Polish, Czech, Slovak and Danish.
No. TrackParcel reads only GO!'s status line, the scan rows, the waybill number and the pickup and delivery places from the tracker page, so its result carries no signature or delivery photo.
