Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
TrackParcel has confirmed that GO! Schweiz's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
Any parcel barcode or shipment reference you were given, as GO! publishes no fixed length or prefix. Typed into TrackParcel's search box, it is passed on once 6 to 35 letters and digits are left after spaces, dots, slashes and most hyphens are removed. Anything shorter or longer is refused without asking GO!.
The tracker holds nothing under that barcode yet. Its page says a shipment registered only recently may need a few minutes before it can be retrieved, so retry shortly. For a barcode it does not hold, the tracker's data reply is Not found, which TrackParcel shows as a not-found result.
There is none to show. Each 1stSCAN event comes with a GPS point but no town or depot name, and TrackParcel leaves the point out. Origin and destination stay empty for the same reason, so the timeline holds descriptions, remarks and times only.
When the newest event has one of the tracker's known status codes, only the delivered code counts, whatever the wording. Failed, delayed and out-for-delivery codes never count. Wording decides only for an event that has no code, or one the page script does not list, so an uncoded Zugestellt still shows as Delivered.
Only the parcel whose barcode or alternate barcode matches what you typed. A search by the shipment number opens its first parcel instead, as GO!'s own page does. Enter each of the other barcodes separately to follow the rest of the shipment.
TrackParcel's code identifies this carrier as GO! Express & Logistics (Schweiz) AG, and the tracking page it reads is headed Express & Logistics (Schweiz) AG. That page runs on 1stSCAN.
This page is for barcodes from the Swiss company, while TrackParcel looks up GO! numbers from Germany on GO!'s German tracker instead. The Schweiz and Liechtenstein listings share one 1stSCAN tracker, so a barcode returns the same events under either name; only the service name on TrackParcel's result differs. The Swiss company's own website, which signs as GO! Express & Logistics (Switzerland) AG, links the shipment tracking button at the top of its pages to that same 1stSCAN site.
The Swiss company's own Order & Track page asks for a consignment note or consignment number, while the 1stSCAN tracking page asks you to search for a barcode; neither gives a prefix or length. TrackParcel matches your entry against the barcode and the alternate barcode of each parcel. Auto-Detect never suggests this carrier, so choose GO! Schweiz from the courier list by hand.
The search box removes enclosing brackets, spaces, dots, slashes and most hyphens, and capitalises letters. GO! Schweiz is sent the barcode only if what remains is 6 to 35 letters and digits; anything else is refused with no request to GO!, as not found or, past 50 characters or with other symbols, as an invalid number.
TrackParcel asks the 1stSCAN tracker for English and lists each event's description, any remark, and its date and time. No weight or expected delivery date is read. These readings follow the tracking page's own script, because no real GO! Schweiz barcode was available when the integration was written.
Receiver names, signatures, photos and addresses are never read, and the postcode-checked detail view is never opened. A time sent with a zone keeps it, and a bare time is read as Swiss time, because the tracker's page script names no zone. TrackParcel sorts the events by time and puts the newest at the top.
For a barcode it does not hold, the tracker replies Not found and TrackParcel reports the barcode as not found. On screen the page shows “No shipments could be found for your query”.
Compare the barcode with the label and try again later; if it still fails, ask the sender for the barcode GO! Schweiz scanned. A web page in place of data, a block or an outage is reported as the carrier being unavailable or as an error, never as not found.
The Swiss company's products page sorts its offer into four groups, courier, express, solutions and value added services, and names Worldwide as its international express product. Its solutions group covers B2B shipping of contents such as pharmaceuticals, medical technology and hazardous goods. Senders with a customer account place orders and print waybills and barcode labels in the customer portal, which the Order & Track page reserves for GO! customers.
For a claim or a complaint, use the contact form on the Swiss company's own website, whose reasons for a request include Claims, Complaint and Order Customs. The form also asks for your postcode, town and contact details such as telephone or e-mail. Addresses, map pins and delivery photos open only on the 1stSCAN page after a postcode check, which TrackParcel never makes.

GO! Schweiz's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
Yes. Français and Italiano are among the 22 languages in the tracking page's language menu, alongside Deutsch and English, and its not-found note changes with the choice. TrackParcel requests the English version for its own lookup, whichever language you pick there.
On TrackParcel, yes. General Overnight Schweiz, GO! Switzerland, GO! Express Schweiz and GO! Express & Logistics (Schweiz) are all names for this listing, and each sends the barcode to the same 1stSCAN page.
Not in one TrackParcel search. GO! Schweiz's Order & Track page lets you enter as many consignment note numbers as you like, one per line, but TrackParcel looks up one barcode at a time. The 1stSCAN page splits a search at commas, yet TrackParcel drops them, so two pasted barcodes become one search, or are refused past 35 characters.
No. The barcode search sits on the public tracking page next to a separate Sign in button, and TrackParcel's lookup uses no login or session. Only the postcode-checked details with addresses and photos stay on the carrier's own page.
Yes. Its products page says GO! collects consignments, clears them through customs and delivers them, and its contact form lists Order Customs among the reasons for a request. Put questions about a clearance to GO! Schweiz through that form, quoting the barcode.
