Track a RINCOS shipment with its 14-digit tracking number. The Incheon e-commerce logistics company, as it describes itself, lists its origin scans in Korea, then the delivering partner's scans in local time. No login required.

Tracking Number Format
Pattern: 14-digit RINCOS tracking number, not a shop's order or reference number
Format example

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
The 14-digit tracking number. RINCOS's own form also matches a shipper's reference, and its sample entry has 11 digits, but TrackParcel passes on only 14-digit numbers. Typed in groups, the 14 digits still arrive whole. An entry that TrackParcel's clean-up does not bring down to exactly 14 digits gets a not-found or invalid-number answer from TrackParcel itself, and RINCOS is never asked.
When no shipment is filed under that tracking number. The line fills the status cell, both scan tables stay empty, and TrackParcel shows its not-found result. TrackParcel also shows not found when RINCOS matches the number only as a shipper's reference or the partner's number.
ORIGIN holds RINCOS's own scans in Korea, such as Shipment Picked up at Incheon. DESTINATION holds the delivering partner's scans, each with a country and often a facility. TrackParcel combines the two lists into a single timeline, latest scan on top, and drops the Chinese gloss and a trailing ZIP code from a facility's name.
Partner scans give each country's local clock without naming a zone. A scan from Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan or Singapore is read in that country's zone and converted to IST, with the label. Scans from other countries keep the printed clock, unlabelled; the United States gets no zone because it has several.
RINCOS presents itself as an e-commerce logistics company offering cross-border transport, cargo logistics, fulfilment and IT solutions from Incheon. Its site says its own system, RINNIS, gives single-window visibility of each parcel and passes delivery information to the e-commerce platforms it serves. Its history page names eGS, an eBay cross-border delivery service, and a Gmarket Global Shipping aggregator service among its launches.
This page reads the English tracker for RINCOS tracking numbers only. A shop's order or reference number is not reported as a result, nor is the delivering partner's own number, which the results list beside RINCOS's.
RINCOS's tracker matches its own tracking number and also a shipper's reference, or order, number. TrackParcel sends only 14-digit RINCOS tracking numbers and shows a result only when the reply names that exact number as its RINCOS tracking number.
Before the lookup, spaces and hyphens are stripped, so a number copied in groups still arrives whole. Auto-Detect leaves RINCOS out of its suggestions for 14 digits; choose it from the courier list yourself. RINCOS's own form takes up to 10 numbers, one per line, but TrackParcel sends just one per lookup.
TrackParcel keeps the status cell, the pick-up location and the destination, and each scan's date, description and location. It leaves out the Reference No, the partner's tracking number, the origin Remark column and the item count, and cuts out a name or phone number that follows labels such as Signed by or Recipient in sign-for text.
ORIGIN scans are timed to the minute in Korean time. DESTINATION scans add seconds and put the partner's facility in brackets before the status, which TrackParcel moves into the location.
For an unknown number RINCOS still returns its results table, with that line in the status cell and both scan tables empty, which TrackParcel reports as not found. If the line sits beside real scans, or the page has changed, TrackParcel treats it as a fault, not as a missing shipment.
A match only by a shipper's reference or the partner's number also reads as not found, since it describes a shipment filed under another RINCOS number. Ask the shop that sent the parcel for its 14-digit RINCOS tracking number.
In the real delivered shipment, two ORIGIN scans came before the partner's DESTINATION scans. Those included Vehicle loaded at Seoul and Incheon facilities, a row for cargo unloaded from the airline in Los Angeles and Customs Cleared, then In Transit scans across the United States. The partner's own tracking number appears in the results but not on TrackParcel, so ask the shop for it.
RINCOS's eCom CBT page lists RINCOS STANDARD EXPRESS, available in 40 countries including the Americas, Europe and Asia. Beside it sits RINCOS ECONOMY EXPRESS, an e-commerce sea service to Taiwan and Hong Kong for items that cannot go by air.
RINCOS's tracking page asks anyone who sees an Alert status to contact its customer service by email or phone for an update; both are listed on that page. Have the 14-digit tracking number ready. Shippers book RINCOS through their own accounts, so for a refund or a fault with the order itself, start with the shop you bought from.

RINCOS's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
Not on TrackParcel. The results list the partner's number under Tracking No, but TrackParcel reads it only to tell a match by that number from a match by the RINCOS number. It never shows the partner's number and reports a lookup by it as not found.
No. The results include a Reference No, the shipper's own order number, and an item count. TrackParcel reads the reference only to rule out a match by it and shows neither, nor the Remark column of the origin scans.
TrackParcel keeps RINCOS's Pick up Location and Destination only when they read as a place name of letters and punctuation. An entry with digits, such as a street address, is left out, so the field stays empty while the scans still show each facility and country.

Track shipments from India Post, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ekart/Flipkart, Shadowfax and more from a single search bar.
