TracX Logis runs cross-border e-commerce shipping and leaves the doorstep leg to local carrier partners. Enter the parcel's TracX tracking number; TrackParcel takes every scan time as UTC and displays it in IST. No login required.

Tracking Number Format
Pattern: The parcel's TracX tracking number, 8 to 30 letters or digits long, one per search

TrackParcel has confirmed that TracX Logis's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
Type your parcel's tracking number, one per search; TracX's own box takes up to 30 at once. TrackParcel deletes spaces, commas, full stops and slashes from what you type, and it sends TracX only an entry of 8 to 30 letters and digits. TracX Logis is never among Auto-Detect's suggestions, so select it yourself.
TracX has filed no dated scan against that number, so the lookup ends as not found. TrackParcel bases that verdict on the history list alone: an empty list counts as not found whatever package fields the same reply holds, and the page's second package lookup is never called, so an order TracX knows but has not scanned yet looks identical. Retry after the first scan, or double-check the number with the seller.
No. TrackParcel keeps Delivery attempted word for word as the status, with a grey badge and no delivery date. It shows Delivered only when the newest scan starts with Delivered, carries code D4 or is otherwise worded as a completed handover, and never when that line reports a return.
If that line tops the history, TrackParcel's headline becomes Returned to Origin, coloured red, and the delivery date stays blank. Other return wording, such as RTO delivered, gets the same treatment; TracX's page script likewise refuses to count it as a delivery.
TracX writes each scan time in UTC; TrackParcel adds five and a half hours to show India time. So each timeline row with a clock, and the Delivered on line when it has one, ends in IST: a scan stamped 20:00 UTC appears at 01:30 IST the next day. A row dated without a clock shows just its date.
TracX Logis describes itself as end-to-end eCommerce logistics, connecting order collection, storage, packing, customs, international transport and last-mile delivery on one platform. Its introduction page speaks for TracX Logis Co., Ltd. and carries a message from the CEO of TracX Logis Korea. The tracking page's footer names TracX Logis Pte. Ltd., and the company calls itself the official logistics partner running KanDash, a Qoo10 Japan delivery service.
TrackParcel's coverage here is the Shipment Tracking page at tracxlogis.com. SmartPost, its parcel service for individuals, and SmartCargo freight forwarding have sites of their own, outside TrackParcel's lookups.
TracX's box accepts a batch of as many as 30 numbers, divided by commas or spaces. Its home page says local carrier partners make the doorstep delivery, and its Package Info card lists a Parcel No., the Courier and a Tracking No.
TrackParcel tracks one parcel per search. Its search field strips out blanks, full stops, commas and slashes before anything is sent, so a pair typed with a gap or a comma between them ends up as a single string; search each parcel separately. A lookup goes out only when 8 to 30 letters and digits remain; a shorter or longer run of letters and digits, up to 50 characters, never reaches TracX and comes back as not found. Auto-Detect never suggests TracX Logis.
TrackParcel reads the dated history behind TracX's Shipment Tracking page. Per row, the status text survives, plus the place where TracX gives one, plus its remarks, minus any containing words such as signed, receiver, recipient, name, phone or contact. The result also gives the sending and receiving countries and, until it reads Delivered or Returned to Origin, the expected delivery date when TracX gives one.
TrackParcel shifts each UTC scan time forward to Indian time and tags it IST; a row that has a date but no clock stays a plain date, and the newest row is listed first. Like TracX's own page, it skips a row repeating the status just before it, except a row with problem code DX. It leaves out recipient names and seller order references, and it skips the page's second lookup, full of buyer and sender details.
TracX prints this line whenever the history list it returns is empty. Of TracX's replies, only that empty list counts as not found at TrackParcel. Maintenance screens and error rows mean TracX is down, while an unrecognised reply becomes an error message, never a lost parcel.
A mistyped number, a parcel awaiting its first scan and an order that only the package card knows can all come back empty. Confirm the number with whoever sold you the item, then open an inquiry with TracX.
The Customer Support page on tracxlogis.com offers Create Inquiry, whose service inquiries cover SmartShip usage, delivery status and other questions. Under TxCourier and TxFS it lists delivery, fulfilment and TxMoney support for Korea, Singapore, Japan, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, India, Indonesia and the USA. Quote your tracking number plus the destination country in the inquiry.

TracX Logis's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
Every label above appears on TracX's tracking page; each timeline row repeats whatever wording TracX sent for its scan.
TracX's Package Info card has a Courier field, and TracX's tracking reply has a last-mile company field as well. TrackParcel does not carry that field into its result, which therefore shows no courier entry. The seller can tell you which local courier now has it.
According to TracX's home page, licensed customs brokers handle export and import declarations and duties, the fourth of its six steps, after pick and pack and before international transport. TracX provides this customs brokerage to global sellers, so ask the seller about duties on your parcel.
Once the result reads Delivered or Returned to Origin. Until then it shows the expected date TracX holds for the order, which the tracking page words with labels such as Expected delivery, Arriving today or Arriving tomorrow.
The company says it handles local returns in key countries such as Japan, Singapore and Malaysia. When a return scan tops the history, TrackParcel shows Returned to Origin plus the rows TracX logs; ask the seller where the item went.
