SpeedX works for retailers, marketplaces, direct-to-consumer brands, logistics providers and cross-border shippers, carrying their orders over the final leg to the buyer. By its own account it began in a handful of New York neighbourhoods and spread across several states, with operations in cities such as Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas and Chicago.

Only this courier's tracker is read here. SPX Express is a separate carrier on TrackParcel, with a tracker per market and numbers that can also begin with SPX.

The shipping label is generated when a shipper's order data arrives, and the retailer is the place to ask for a missing number. After SPX, the real numbers carried a code such as LAX or AUS, while a number linked from the courier's own site has a code mixing a digit with letters.

A pasted AWB: label, spaces and hyphens are stripped from an SPX number first. Only SPX plus a three-character code and 9 to 18 digits is then sent; any other string of up to 50 letters and digits comes back not found without a request. Auto-Detect suggests SpeedX for the 12-digit form, after SPX Express Singapore, Vietnam or Indonesia when the code begins SG, VN or ID.

For each number the courier hosts a public page, and that page is what TrackParcel reads. A scan brings a description, a city and state, and a local stamp with its US offset, turned into IST with an IST label; without it, the UTC copy is used, and failing that the date alone.

The customer name, the recipient's address, zip codes, delivery photos and the delivery point's coordinates are never read, though each scan's own city and state, the Delivered scan's included, still show. A note like Position: Front door is kept, but one containing signed, signature, received by, receiver, recipient:, left with, handed to, handed over to or name:, an at sign or a phone-like number is dropped.

An unknown number gets a page saying no tracking information for it is available at this time, giving missing package data or an invalid number as the likely causes. Once a number has gone out, only that sentence makes TrackParcel report not found.

A maintenance or blocking page is treated by TrackParcel as the courier being temporarily unavailable instead. The help page suggests confirming the number with the merchant, and warns it could belong to another last-mile company carrying the parcel.

Saturday deliveries reach every location the courier serves, and Sunday deliveries run in some areas, both on local time. Recipients cannot pick a delivery time slot, and there is no alert when the driver is close. Its terms add that an address with a PO Box or mailbox gets no last-mile tracking.

The support page sends recipients to Miles, a chatbot that opens on the tracking portal after the number is entered, for delivery instructions, access codes and street or apartment changes. Claims, refunds, replacements and a new city, state or zip code go through the merchant, as recipients cannot file claims with SpeedX.
