TrackParcel has confirmed that ShipPrime's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
It is in the seller's shipping confirmation SMS or email, sent once the order is dispatched. Merchants also see it under Orders in their dashboard. TrackParcel looks up an AWB of four letters followed by ten digits, such as a CMDC number, and ignores spaces or hyphens you type within it.
No shipment is held under that AWB. The tracker has answered unknown numbers with that wording and, more recently, with an empty reply, and TrackParcel treats both as not found. Compare every character with the seller's SMS or email, then have the seller recheck the AWB if it still fails.
ShipPrime's page heads with its newest order status, while TrackParcel takes whichever record is newest across the order statuses and the courier scans. A Delivered order status is therefore not shown as final while later courier scans exist. On an order with no courier scans yet, the order statuses alone decide.
The platform's help text says it means a delivery attempt was made but not completed. The courier usually tries again, and the NDR system contacts the customer to reschedule. TrackParcel shows Undelivered with a grey badge, never as delivered, and leaves the delivery date blank while that status leads.
A status that reads RTO Delivered once written out gets the red returned-to-sender badge, not the green delivered one. TrackParcel spells each ShipPrime code out in words and keeps RTO, NDR and QC in capitals; the tracker page's status lists include RTO codes. A Returned on row then replaces Delivered on, since the parcel went back to origin instead of reaching the buyer.
ShipPrime describes itself as a shipping aggregator for Indian D2C and ecommerce brands, linking a seller's store to courier partners through one dashboard. Sellers use it to compare rates, book shipments and manage returns.
The AWB of a booking on the platform is what this page follows, through the same lookup its Track Order page makes. TrackParcel sends that lookup only for a four-letter, ten-digit number, so a partner courier's own number in another shape is never looked up here.
ShipPrime's Track Order page explains that AWB stands for Air Waybill, a unique number given to a shipment when it is booked. The seller's shipping confirmation SMS or email carries it once the order is dispatched, and merchants find it under Orders in the ShipPrime dashboard.
Before any lookup, TrackParcel strips a pasted AWB: label, surrounding brackets, and spaces, hyphens or dots, and turns letters into capitals. The lookup then goes ahead only for four letters followed by ten digits; any other string of up to 50 letters and digits ends as not found before the platform is contacted. Auto-Detect offers ShipPrime, after Ekart, for numbers starting CMDC, so choose ShipPrime from the list yourself when the letters differ.
The lookup TrackParcel makes is the one behind ShipPrime's Track Order page, and it lists the courier scan log newest first, each scan with its hub as the place. Scan codes such as pickup_reattempt are written out as words, Pickup Reattempt. When no courier scan is logged yet, ShipPrime's order statuses are listed instead.
ShipPrime stamps its times with India's +05:30 offset, and TrackParcel reads a time without one as India time, so either way the clock appears as given, labelled IST. An Expected by date shows while the parcel is on its way, when the reply carries one. No From or To row appears, and the customer's name, address and phone, product names, prices and payment mode are never read.
ShipPrime's tracker answers an unknown AWB with an empty reply, and has also answered “AWB not found”. For a number it sends there, TrackParcel reports not found on either answer, and also when a booking has neither courier scans nor order statuses yet. A maintenance page is reported as the platform being down, and a reply in a changed shape as an error; neither reads as a missing parcel.
Start by comparing the AWB with the seller's SMS or email. When it matches yet still fails, the seller who made the booking can look it up in the dashboard.
Its support team answers by email and through a contact form, Monday to Saturday, from 10 am until 7 pm. Its account holders are sellers, registered businesses in India. ShipPrime says its platform confirms the address and availability with the customer after a failed attempt. Keep the AWB and order details to hand before writing.

ShipPrime's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
No. ShipPrime's terms call it a platform intermediary between sellers and courier partners: it is not the carrier and does not take possession of shipments. It disclaims liability for delays, damage or loss caused by courier partners, and it helps settle such disputes with them.
The seller books the shipment, and the platform recommends a courier for each order from the destination, the weight and past delivery performance on that route. Delhivery, Ekart, XpressBees, Blue Dart and Shadowfax are among the partners ShipPrime names.
Nowhere: the tracking reply names the partner courier carrying the parcel, but TrackParcel leaves that name out, along with the customer's details and the order's items and value. The result shows the AWB, the scans with their hubs, the status and any Expected by date.
