TrackParcel has confirmed that SmartPosti Lithuania's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
In the order confirmation or from the sender, says SmartPosti's English tracking page; the Lithuanian one asks for the “siuntos sekimo ID / siuntimo kodą”. The arrival notice lists the parcel number too. With no prefix or length of its own, SmartPosti is never offered by Auto-Detect; choose SmartPosti Lithuania from the list.
No. It means SmartPosti's search found zero shipments under that code, which TrackParcel reports as not found. As the sender issues the code, confirm it with them first. A garbled reply is shown as a fault and a refused visitor session as SmartPosti being unavailable.
It is one of the English stage labels SmartPosti's tracker uses, here for a parcel waiting to be collected. SmartPosti's pick-up page says an automatic arrival notice then gives the location, the parcel number and a unique PIN code. Lockers and parcel points keep the parcel 7 calendar days before returning it to the sender.
TrackParcel adds SmartPosti's exception notice in brackets after the stage label, unless the parcel is shown as Delivered. Besides Locker reservation expired, the notices include Home delivery was unsuccessful and Parcel delivery is delayed. With a notice attached, the status never switches to Out for Delivery.
When SmartPosti reports a stage, only its own Delivered stage counts. The delivery date then comes from the newest scan, because an older scan saying the parcel was delivered to the parcel locker marks its arrival at the pick-up point, not the hand-over. No return stage is ever shown as delivered.
SmartPosti UAB, of Vilnius, runs smartposti.lt; the site's footer credits Posti Group Oyj and links SmartPosti Estonia, SmartPosti Latvia, Posti Finland and Posti Sweden as separate international sites. This page covers only the Lithuanian tracker. Its receiving pages describe pick-up from a locker or service point with a pick-up code, and home delivery after the courier contacts you to confirm details. Nothing here comes from a live SmartPosti parcel yet.
SmartPosti's Lithuanian page says the tracking ID or sending code comes from the sender. TrackParcel's search box strips spaces, hyphens, dots, slashes and a pasted AWB: label; the SmartPosti lookup then needs 8 to 30 letters and digits, including at least one digit.
One code may cover several packages. TrackParcel shows the shipment whose own ID or a package's number matches the code, or else the first shipment SmartPosti returns. When that shipment carries no scans of its own, it reads each package's scans and drops the repeats.
TrackParcel asks SmartPosti's tracker for English and shows its stage labels, such as Waiting for item, In sorting, In transport or In delivery, as the status. Each scan gives SmartPosti's description, a reason as the remark when there is one, a city and a time. A time without an offset is read as Lithuanian time, and every timed scan is shown converted to IST, labelled IST.
The destination city is added, and so is an expected delivery date when SmartPosti sends an estimated, confirmed, chosen or delayed time. TrackParcel never requests the recipient's name, street or postcode, the locker PIN or locker ID, pick-up details, sender references or payments.
For a code it does not know, SmartPosti's search replies with zero hits and an empty list. For a code TrackParcel sends, only that reply becomes not found. An unreadable or changed reply is reported as a fault, and a visitor session refused even after a fresh start as an outage, so search again later.
SmartPosti says its lockers are indoors and open during the hours of the place that hosts them, while parcel points sit in selected shops and kiosks. To open a locker you enter C, your PIN code and OK; at a parcel point you show or tell the PIN to the employee.
Registered users can rank up to three preferred lockers in their settings. If the chosen locker is full, SmartPosti redirects the parcel to the nearest available one.
SmartPosti's customer service page offers a claim form, a damaged-parcel report with photos, a return guide and a phishing report, and lists phone contact on weekdays and Saturdays plus an email address. Its receiving pages also link a parcel redelivery page; have the tracking number ready.

SmartPosti Lithuania's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
Yes. For a locker, SmartPosti says to share the arrival notification or the locker opening code with someone you trust. At a parcel point, sharing the arrival notification or pick-up code is enough, and no identity document is needed.
Not at present. SmartPosti says extensions are currently unavailable for parcels in lockers or at parcel points. If you have not collected the parcel by the last pick-up date, it is returned to the sender, so ask someone you trust to collect it instead.
No. A SmartPosti shipment record can hold the pick-up PIN, the locker ID and the recipient's address, none of which TrackParcel requests. Open the locker with the arrival notice SmartPosti sends; TrackParcel shows the stage, the scans with their city, the destination city and any expected date.
