TMM Express Tracking. Free & Online.

TMM Express calls itself a national logistics company with an extensive international agent network, carrying goods and correspondence by land, sea and air. Its site has country versions for Luxembourg (Global), Poland, the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine, and names its main office as LLC TMM Express in the Kyiv region. TrackParcel follows the English tracker on the Ukrainian site, ukr.tmm-express.com, and sends it one AWB number per lookup.

TMM Express's result opens its Common information table with an AWB number row, and TrackParcel's lookup sends exactly ten digits. The search box first removes enclosing brackets, a pasted label such as AWB:, and spaces, hyphens, dots or slashes inside the number.

Nine or eleven digits, letters, or two AWB numbers joined by a comma all fail that test and are reported as not found before TMM Express hears of them. The ten-digit Auto-Detect list does not include TMM Express, so select it by hand. A result's Partner Connote row holds another carrier's reference, which TrackParcel never reads.

From the Common information table TrackParcel keeps the Pick up date, Origin and Destination, and drops a place containing digits or running past 60 characters. It never reads the Signature row or the hidden copy of the consignment that sits behind the page's download and email buttons.

The Detailed information table lists scans newest first with Date, Time, Place and Status, and TrackParcel leaves that order and the English wording untouched. The stamps include the year but name no zone, so TrackParcel treats them as Kyiv time, the head office's zone, and shows them converted to IST, labelled IST.

For an unknown number the page still shows the Common information table and the AWB number, followed by a single row saying the shipment does not exist or was not transferred to TMM Express. For a number TrackParcel sends, only that row is reported as not found.

Without that row and without a history table, the page is treated as changed, and a server error or refusal counts as TMM Express being unavailable. If the digits are right, the sender can confirm whether the shipment was ever handed over.

TMM Express's door-to-door page says that delivery of goods and correspondence in Ukraine is carried out by its logistics partner, EDS Mercury. The real shipment behind TrackParcel's integration ran from POLAND to Kyiv, with one scan at WARSAW CENTRAL HUB and the last at KRYVYI RIH, all under one AWB number.

Inside Ukraine, the company's About page lists delivery on any day of the week at a time you set, goods under customs control and dangerous goods. It adds warehouse storage, help with packing, deliveries kept at set temperatures and moving goods across the customs border. Under International delivery, its menu lists Easy Express, Air Express and Road Express beside air, road, sea and railway freight.

Consultation goes through a phone line and an office mailbox listed on every page, and the door-to-door page points questions about delivery in Ukraine to the same two. The site also has an On-line Pay box that takes an invoice number, with Liqpay or Portmone as the way to pay.
