Nova Poshta, the Ukrainian parent company of the NOVA group, numbers each shipment with a 14-digit express waybill (EW). Its tracker says data can no longer be viewed once a 90-day period has expired. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of Nova Poshta. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official Nova Poshta website.

Nova Poshta express waybill numbers are 14 digits, shown on the receipt or in the app. Auto-Detect suggests Nova Poshta only for 14 digits beginning 595, among six suggestions, so for a waybill of any other shape pick it from the carrier list yourself.
The tracker found no parcel under the number you entered. The same message adds that data can no longer be viewed once a 90-day period has expired, so an old but correct waybill can come back empty. TrackParcel shows its own not-found message when the service has no such waybill or no events for it.
The parcel is at a Nova Poshta customs terminal being prepared for customs processing. It belongs to the customs sequence that cross-border shipments showed at terminals such as Lviv in Ukraine and Warsaw in Poland, each event placed by branch, town and country code.
TrackParcel reads Nova Poshta's UTC-stamped event times as UTC and shows them converted to IST, labelled IST. The expected delivery date works differently: TrackParcel gives it as the calendar day in Kyiv, so a time late in the evening UTC can already fall on the next Kyiv day.
Delivery can be made by a local partner, which is why a “temporary delay from the partner” event can appear near the end. The tracker also has wording for a parcel awaiting processing at, or being dispatched from, the partner's warehouse.
Nova Post Europe describes itself as part of the NOVA group, whose parent company is Nova Poshta, established in Ukraine in 2001. It says it offers logistics between the EU and Ukraine and across Europe. TrackParcel reads Nova Post's tracking service and asks it for English event names. The UK pages used here, run by Nova Post UK, cover parcels from Ukraine received in Britain, so their delivery and customs details apply there only.
The tracker asks for the parcel number and shows it as the Express waybill (EW), with a separate field for Additional numbers. The waybill is on the receipt or in the app. For a parcel from Ukraine to the United Kingdom, Nova Post says it notifies the recipient of the parcel's registration once it is sent.
TrackParcel's search box removes spaces, hyphens, dots and slashes typed inside the waybill, a pasted AWB: label and enclosing brackets, and capitalises letters. It runs no shape check of its own for this carrier.
The feed runs oldest first, and TrackParcel lists the events newest first. Each one shows its event name, a place built from the branch, the town and the country code, and the carrier's event code as a remark. Origin and destination show the sender's and recipient's towns with country codes, and the weight appears in kilograms.
The headline follows the event the feed marks as current. It reads Delivered when that event carries code 9 or reads as a delivery, and the delivery date and time then come from the newest event.
TrackParcel reports not found when the service answers that it has no such waybill, or returns it with an empty event list, the miss seen in real replies. A null reply or an error message without an event list is reported as the carrier being unavailable instead.
The official tracker also has a message, “Tracking is not available”, for a parcel the recipient has already received. Before chasing an old waybill, remember the 90-day limit and check all 14 digits against the receipt.
The international service moves parcels through customs terminals such as Lviv in Ukraine and Warsaw in Poland, and a parcel then moves between depots in the destination country. For parcels from Ukraine to the United Kingdom, the UK page offers delivery by courier, collection at a Nova Post branch, an InPost parcel locker or a DPD pickup point.
The official tracker page ends with a Need any help? panel giving a phone line and an e-mail address, and its parcel details include a Make a claim button. Its app, the page says, lets you pay online, call a courier and pick up parcels from post offices and post boxes without presenting a document. Keep the 14-digit waybill to hand when you get in touch.

Nova Poshta's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
Yes. The UK page lists InPost parcel lockers, DPD pickup points, Nova Post branches and courier delivery to the address as ways to receive a parcel sent from Ukraine. A parcel the recipient pays for goes to a branch, where the recipient collects it.
The recipient in the United Kingdom pays customs duties and brokerage, the UK page says; shipping can be paid by the sender in Ukraine or by the recipient. No taxes are charged up to an invoice value of £135, and above that import duty and VAT of 20% apply.
Yes. The UK page says customs can refuse a shipment or change the duties if the contents differ from the declaration, the invoiced value is not the real value, the goods are not accepted for transport, or the recipient received international shipments worth over £135 in the last month.
