Averitt Express Tracking. Free & Online.

Track Averitt Express less-than-truckload freight by its PRO number. TrackParcel asks Averitt's LTL tracker for a PRO, never a BOL, and keeps every scan time as Averitt prints it, without any zone. No login required.

The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.

Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.

TrackParcel is independent of Averitt Express. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official Averitt Express website.

About Averitt Express.

Which Averitt reference goes in the box: PRO, BOL or PO?

The PRO number. Every TrackParcel lookup asks Averitt's LTL tracker for a PRO, so a bill of lading or purchase order number typed in is never searched as a BOL or PO. Averitt's own LTL tool takes PROs without a login, but its BOL and PO searches need one.

What makes TrackParcel report an Averitt PRO as not found?

An LTL tracking page that comes back with no scans and carries no-result wording. The wording it recognises includes Nothing found, No results found, PRO number not found and Invalid PRO number, on a missing page as on any other. Check the digits, and make sure the number is the PRO rather than a BOL.

At what point does TrackParcel mark Averitt freight as delivered?

Once the results page's status heading, or the latest scan, reads as a delivery (Delivered, for example). The delivery date and time on the result then come from that latest scan. Before that, the result carries the heading text, or the latest scan's wording if there is no heading text.

Averitt shows “Destination arrival”: is the freight out for delivery yet?

Not yet. The freight is at the terminal that serves the delivery address and is waiting for a delivery run. Contact that terminal if you need a delivery appointment. If Destination arrival is the latest scan and Averitt's status heading is blank, TrackParcel shows it with an amber badge.

Why is no time zone given beside Averitt scan times on TrackParcel?

The progression table stamps every scan with a date and an AM or PM time on a 12-hour clock, and names no zone. TrackParcel parses the date month first and leaves the clock time as Averitt printed it, neither converted nor labelled with a zone. Rows with a Date/Time in any other form, or with an empty Status, are dropped.

Averitt Express Tracking – Complete Guide

Based in Cookeville, Tennessee, Averitt Express, Inc. gives 1971 as its founding year on its fact sheet. The service list there names less-than-truckload, truckload, dedicated, intermodal and international ocean and air freight, with others. Its tracking hub gives each service its own search: LTL by PRO, BOL or date, truckload by PO, trailer number or date, and pickups by pickup number.

This page is about the one search TrackParcel uses: LTL by PRO. Averitt says it serves points across the Southern United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

The PRO among Averitt's BOL, PO and pickup numbers

The carrier's public LTL search asks for one PRO per line and sends you to log in to search by BOL. Its other searches use other references: a PO or trailer number for truckload, an order number for dedicated freight and a pickup number for pickups. TrackParcel sends the number, after its clean-up, to the LTL search as a PRO.

Before sending, TrackParcel's search box turns letters to capitals and strips out spaces, hyphens, dots and slashes within a plain PRO. It drops the # of a typed PRO# prefix but keeps the letters, which Averitt then receives inside the number; enter just the digits. Auto-Detect's lookups for a 10-digit number never include Averitt Express, so choose it yourself in the carrier list.

Fields TrackParcel takes from Averitt's LTL progression table

TrackParcel opens the carrier's LTL tracking page for the PRO and copies each scan's Location, Date/Time and Status out of the progression table. Of the shipment details, the Origin Point becomes From and the Delivery Point becomes To. If one of them is blank, From falls back to the earliest scan's location, and To to the latest scan's only once the freight is delivered.

The weight comes as a bare number, which TrackParcel labels in pounds. Averitt orders the table oldest scan first; TrackParcel flips it to put the newest on top, and of two scans in the same minute the later stays above. Until the freight is delivered or returned, the date row on the result gives the earliest scan's date, labelled Picked up if that scan is a pickup and First scan if not.

An Averitt PRO that TrackParcel cannot find

Once a PRO has gone to Averitt, a reply without scans that matches one of TrackParcel's no-result phrases, such as No records found or Unable to locate your shipment, brings a not-found result, even as a missing page; a bare missing page means the tracker is unavailable. A reply with no scans, no such match and no Averitt results layout leads TrackParcel to report the tracker as unavailable, not the PRO as missing.

Because TrackParcel searches by PRO only, first make sure your number is the PRO and not a BOL or PO. If it is, ask the carrier's LTL customer service about the freight.

Averitt customer service, cargo claims and reconsignment

The contact directory lists LTL customer service, its customer service team on live chat, and a separate cargo claims team. To redirect freight already moving, it asks for its Letter of Reconsignment, completed and returned by fax. Keep the PRO to hand for any of these.

What Averitt Express tracking statuses mean

Averitt Express's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.

Result badge: amber (on the way)
Delivered
Closes the linehaul sequence; the result reads Delivered and takes its date and time from this scan.

No record found
A PRO comes back not found on TrackParcel when Averitt's tracking page is missing, or lists no scans while carrying no-result wording.

Averitt Express FAQ

Who traces Averitt freight bound for Canada or Mexico?

The contact directory sends Canada pickups, tracing and quotes to the same customer service line as its US LTL freight. It lists a separate team for Canada customs and a cross-border team for Mexico.

Can I get text or email alerts for one Averitt PRO?

Yes, from the carrier's tracking hub, which has an E-Notification sign-up for a single PRO, by text or email; account holders can sign up for every PRO on the account or set automated tracking reports.

Can one search cover several Averitt PRO numbers?

The carrier's own site allows it: its LTL search takes one PRO per line, and its Quick tracker accepts several PRO numbers at once. TrackParcel looks up one PRO per search, and commas are removed, so two PROs joined by a comma reach Averitt as one long number.

Who supplies an Averitt delivery receipt?

The carrier does. Its website lists a document viewer for delivery receipts, bills of lading and appointment confirmations, and an online claims tool, among the tools for customers who register. TrackParcel's result gives the scans and the date and time of delivery, but never the receipt.
