Estes hauls less-than-truckload (LTL) freight, and each shipment is followed here by its PRO: 10 digits that Estes calls a pre-assigned freight bill number serving as the tracking number. No login required.

On the PRO labels, which the Estes glossary says go on the bill of lading, the freight bill and the freight itself. The PRO has 10 digits, and blanks, dashes or dots between them make no difference here. Typing the word PRO in front of the digits, though, makes TrackParcel turn the entry down without asking the carrier.
That the carrier's tracking service has no shipment under the PRO, so TrackParcel shows not found. An empty answer differs: the Estes page turns it into a request to check back later, because shipment information has been received. TrackParcel files that empty answer under not found too, since no scan exists yet.
It is the shipment status in the real picked-up reply TrackParcel was tested on, next to the scan text Pickup Location Serviced. TrackParcel's result renames that status Picked Up, and the timeline row carries the scan wording. That reply held a single scan, and its row named no place.
The Estes FAQ says the freight sits at an intermediate terminal, where it moves to a new truck before leaving for the delivering terminal. Its glossary calls a break terminal, or break-bulk, the point where freight from several terminals is built into full loads. TrackParcel passes the status on word for word.
By the true moment of each scan, because every stamp carries a local clock with its UTC offset, such as -05:00. TrackParcel sorts scans by that moment and shows each converted to IST, labelled IST, so a Central terminal's later scan never lands below an earlier Eastern one. A stamp lacking an offset would be taken as New York time, the zone of the Richmond head office.
Estes says it offers direct service in all 50 U.S. states, plus service to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Its tracking FAQ covers standard LTL shipments, which carry an Estimated Delivery Date from pickup until delivery, and this page follows those shipments by PRO alone. Final Mile residential deliveries have a separate tracker asking for a tracking number with a ZIP code, and pickups are watched in Pickup Visibility by a Pickup Request Number.
The Estes FAQ names six references its own Shipment Tracking takes: PRO, Bill of Lading, Pickup Request, Interline PRO, Load Order or Purchase Order. TrackParcel sends every number to the carrier as a PRO, so bring the 10-digit PRO. A Modulus 10 check digit, the FAQ adds, is not part of the PRO.
A Pickup Request Number also has 10 digits and begins with 00, so TrackParcel would treat one as a PRO. Its Auto-Detect lookups for 10-digit numbers leave Estes Express out; choose Estes Express yourself in the courier list.
TrackParcel reads the history behind the My Estes Shipment Tracking page, merging every movement's status rows into one timeline, latest on top. Each row gives the longer scan wording with the short status beside it, and no place, since the rows carry none. Origin and destination terminals appear as city plus state, with a weight in pounds.
Until delivery it also shows the first day of the estimated delivery window. It never reads the shipper or consignee, who signed, driver details, appointments, PO or BOL references, or the terminals' street, phone and email.
An unknown PRO draws “Not found.” from the carrier's tracking service, which TrackParcel turns into a not-found result. A number that is not 10 digits once TrackParcel strips separators, such as one with PRO typed in front, gets that result before any lookup.
Sometimes the Estes service host replies with an “Application is not available” page instead; TrackParcel treats that page, a block or an outage as the carrier being unavailable. If a PRO keeps drawing a blank, ask the shipper to read it again from the bill of lading.
Standard LTL shipments get an Estimated Delivery Date from pickup until delivery, which the FAQ says can change. Final Mile home deliveries get a five business day range instead, narrowing to one date once the shipment is out for delivery. Their tracker, on the Estes contact page, asks for a tracking number and a ZIP code.
Freight claims go to Estes: log into My Estes and use the online form on its Claims page, or mail the blank, downloadable form. The FAQ asks you not to file through several channels, since that delays processing. Pickup changes and cancellations go to the Customer Care team, so keep the PRO and pickup request number to hand.

Yes, from the carrier rather than TrackParcel. Without a My Estes account you can request bill of lading or delivery receipt images by email or fax, entering a PRO, BOL, PO or Interline PRO with the destination ZIP or postal code; account holders view them at once.
The FAQ says claims must be received within nine months of the delivery date, or within a reasonable time after shipment if the freight never arrives. Concealed damage not noted on the delivery receipt must be reported to the local terminal within five days of delivery.
Yes, the FAQ says: anyone may use the tracking on its homepage and Shipment Tracking page, though a non-party sees less than logged-in My Estes customers, who also get document images and consignee details.
