About FleetOptics.

Where is my FleetOptics tracking number?

Use the shipment reference in the retailer's shipping email or SMS. Copy the complete value, including the letter prefix. An order number or postal code is not a substitute for the tracking reference.

Does Received Order Details mean FleetOptics has my parcel?

It confirms that shipment information was sent to FleetOptics. A later Scanned at Delivery Terminal event confirms a terminal scan. Out for Delivery means the parcel has progressed to a delivery route; it does not mean that delivery is complete.

Why does my FleetOptics timeline have no year?

The public carrier history supplies a month, day, time and local time-zone abbreviation without a year. TrackParcel preserves that information and does not guess the year or convert an incomplete date into a precise timestamp.

Can I see FleetOptics delivery photos here?

TrackParcel displays the public tracking events. Use FleetOptics' official tracker for delivery photos or additional delivery details; those details can require the shipment's postal code.

FleetOptics Tracking – Complete Guide

FleetOptics tracks Canadian parcel deliveries by the shipment reference supplied in the retailer's dispatch message. Keep its letter prefix and all following digits. The public history describes order details received, a scan at the delivery terminal, out for delivery and the final delivery outcome, with a city or terminal location when provided. Received Order Details is an electronic notification from the sender; it is not a delivery-terminal scan. A delivery event can include wording such as Left at Front Door. TrackParcel shows the public event history without requesting postal-code-protected delivery details or proof-of-delivery images. The public tracker publishes month and day with a local clock and zone such as ET or MT, but omits the year, so those dates are preserved as supplied rather than assigned an inferred year.

FleetOptics tracking begins with the reference printed on the shipment label, booking receipt, or dispatch message. The registered format guidance for this integration is The complete FleetOptics alphanumeric reference from the shipping message, including a prefix such as FEPO or FONSP; FEPO123456789012345 is an illustrative example rather than an active parcel. Enter the reference exactly as issued, including letters, leading zeroes, spaces, or punctuation when they form part of the number.

TrackParcel sends the lookup to the public tracking transport associated with FleetOptics and normalises the response into a readable timeline. When the carrier supplies them, the result can include the current shipment state, event timestamps, processing locations, and carrier remarks. The carrier creates and controls those scans; TrackParcel cannot add a missing event or promise when the next scan will appear. A recent successful response may be returned from a short-lived cache to reduce repeat requests.

FleetOptics uses its own shipment references and scan process. The safest source is the dispatch confirmation, label, or receipt issued for that shipment. Similar-looking numeric references can belong to other couriers, so selecting FleetOptics explicitly avoids an ambiguous format match.

If FleetOptics returns no shipment, first compare the reference with the original message and remove accidental surrounding spaces. A newly created label may not be searchable until the first physical scan. Delays between events can also occur while a shipment moves between facilities, crosses a border, clears customs, or waits for a partner-carrier handoff. Try again later, then use the official FleetOptics tracking page linked below when the shipment is urgent or the result remains unavailable.

What FleetOptics tracking statuses mean

FleetOptics may word these differently. The event text in your result is the carrier's own.

Booked / Shipment created
The sender has registered the shipment. The courier may not have the parcel yet.
Picked up
The courier has collected the parcel from the sender.
In transit
The parcel is moving between the courier's facilities. Gaps between scans are normal on long routes.
Arrived at hub / destination
Scanned at a sorting hub or the delivery branch. It is not with a delivery agent yet.
Out for delivery
A delivery agent has the parcel and will attempt delivery, usually the same day.
Delivery attempted / Undelivered
An attempt failed. Couriers normally try again; contact the courier to correct the address or agree a time.
Delivered
The courier has recorded the handover. If you do not have the parcel, raise it with the courier and the seller straight away.
RTO / Returned
Return to origin: the parcel is on its way back to the sender.

FleetOptics FAQ

How do I track a FleetOptics parcel?

Enter your FleetOptics tracking number in the search box above. TrackParcel requests the current status and available events from the carrier's tracking system.

What does a FleetOptics tracking number look like?

A format illustration for FleetOptics is FEPO123456789012345. Registered format guidance is The complete FleetOptics alphanumeric reference from the shipping message, including a prefix such as FEPO or FONSP. No. TrackParcel is an independent multi-carrier tracking service. FleetOptics remains the authority for shipment scans, delivery commitments, claims, and proof of delivery; use the official carrier link on this page when you need carrier support.
