Tracking Number Format
Pattern: Numeric Econt shipment number, 13 digits on a standard label
Format example
1234567890123
Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
TrackParcel has confirmed that Econt's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
The sender has created the shipment label in Econt's online system, but Econt has not received the parcel yet. The status changes to Accepted in Econt when the parcel is handed in at an office or collected by a courier.
That depends on how it was sent. For an office delivery, Arrived in office is the final stop and you collect the parcel there with ID. For an address delivery, the next status is In courier when it goes out with the delivery courier.
The parcel is travelling on a line-haul vehicle between Econt offices or logistics hubs. Domestic parcels in Bulgaria usually arrive at the destination office the next working day.
The parcel was not delivered or was refused and is going back. Is returning to sender means it is on the way back, and Returned to sender means the sender has received it. Contact the sender about a refund or a new shipment.
Econt answers that no shipment was found when the number is mistyped or has not been registered yet. Check the digits on the label or in the sender's message, and try again later if the sender has only just created the shipment.
Econt is one of Bulgaria's largest courier companies. It delivers between its own offices, to automated lockers and to addresses, and also runs services to and from neighbouring countries. A shipment is tracked by its numeric Econt shipment number. Econt publishes an overall status for every shipment in English: Prepared in eEcont, Accepted in Econt, In route, In courier, Accepted in office, Arrived in office, In delivery courier's office, Delivered, Is returning to sender and Returned to sender. Below that sits a list of tracking events, each with the Econt office and town that recorded it and the local Bulgarian time. Many Econt parcels are sent office to office, so Arrived in office usually means the parcel is waiting for the receiver to collect it.
Econt tracking begins with the reference printed on the shipment label, booking receipt, or dispatch message. The registered format guidance for this integration is Numeric Econt shipment number, 13 digits on a standard label; 1234567890123 is an illustrative example rather than an active parcel. Enter the reference exactly as issued, including letters, leading zeroes, spaces, or punctuation when they form part of the number.
TrackParcel sends the lookup to the public tracking transport associated with Econt and normalises the response into a readable timeline. When the carrier supplies them, the result can include the current shipment state, event timestamps, processing locations, and carrier remarks. The carrier creates and controls those scans; TrackParcel cannot add a missing event or promise when the next scan will appear. A recent successful response may be returned from a short-lived cache to reduce repeat requests.
Econt uses its own shipment references and scan process. The safest source is the dispatch confirmation, label, or receipt issued for that shipment. Similar-looking numeric references can belong to other couriers, so selecting Econt explicitly avoids an ambiguous format match.
If Econt returns no shipment, first compare the reference with the original message and remove accidental surrounding spaces. A newly created label may not be searchable until the first physical scan. Delays between events can also occur while a shipment moves between facilities, crosses a border, clears customs, or waits for a partner-carrier handoff. Try again later, then use the official Econt tracking page linked below when the shipment is urgent or the result remains unavailable.
Guide updated:
Econt may word these differently. The event text in your result is the carrier's own.
Enter your Econt tracking number in the search box above. TrackParcel requests the current status and available events from the carrier's tracking system.
A sample Econt reference is 1234567890123. Registered format guidance is Numeric Econt shipment number, 13 digits on a standard label. The exact format can vary by shipment service, so use the value printed on the receipt or shipping confirmation.
Carriers only add scans when a parcel is processed at a facility. A newly booked parcel or a shipment moving between hubs can show no new event for a while.
