About Palletways.

What does IN COLLECTION DEPOT mean on Palletways tracking?

The pallet has been collected and is at the collecting member's depot, waiting for the overnight trunk to a Palletways hub. The Currently Due date shows when delivery is planned. On the consignment this page was checked against, that date was two days after the status was seen.

What does JOB COMPLETE mean?

The job has been carried out. For a Delivery job the pallet has been delivered, and for a Collection job it has been picked up from the collection address. Palletways does not show the time or who signed without the delivery postcode.

Why is the date on my Palletways tracking not the delivery date?

The public tracker shows Currently Due, the date the job is planned for, not a scan time. It can move if the pallet misses a trunk or the delivery is rebooked. TrackParcel labels it as the due date for that reason.

How do I see the full Palletways scan history?

On Palletways' own tracking page, enter the tracking ID and then the delivery postcode. That unlocks the detailed history and proof of delivery. TrackParcel does not ask for the postcode, so it shows the summary line only.

Who do I contact about a Palletways delivery?

The delivering member depot arranges the delivery, including booked time slots and tail-lift vehicles. If you do not know which depot it is, ask the sender, who booked the job with their local Palletways member.

Palletways Tracking – Complete Guide

Palletways is a European pallet network. Independent haulage companies collect palletised freight locally, trunk it overnight through shared hubs, and a member depot near the destination delivers it, so the company that collects a pallet is rarely the one that delivers it. Each job has an 11-digit Palletways tracking ID. Without the delivery postcode, tracking shows a single line: whether the job is a Delivery or a Collection, the date it is currently due, the number of pallets with their weight, and one status. IN COLLECTION DEPOT means the pallet is at the depot of the member that collected it and has not yet left for the hub. JOB COMPLETE means the delivery or collection has been carried out. Palletways only shows the scan-by-scan history on its own site after the delivery postcode is entered.

Palletways tracking begins with the reference printed on the shipment label, booking receipt, or dispatch message. The registered format guidance for this integration is 11-digit Palletways tracking ID; 60012345678 is an illustrative example rather than an active parcel. Enter the reference exactly as issued, including letters, leading zeroes, spaces, or punctuation when they form part of the number.

TrackParcel sends the lookup to the public tracking transport associated with Palletways and normalises the response into a readable timeline. When the carrier supplies them, the result can include the current shipment state, event timestamps, processing locations, and carrier remarks. The carrier creates and controls those scans; TrackParcel cannot add a missing event or promise when the next scan will appear. A recent successful response may be returned from a short-lived cache to reduce repeat requests.

Palletways uses its own shipment references and scan process. The safest source is the dispatch confirmation, label, or receipt issued for that shipment. Similar-looking numeric references can belong to other couriers, so selecting Palletways explicitly avoids an ambiguous format match.

If Palletways returns no shipment, first compare the reference with the original message and remove accidental surrounding spaces. A newly created label may not be searchable until the first physical scan. Delays between events can also occur while a shipment moves between facilities, crosses a border, clears customs, or waits for a partner-carrier handoff. Try again later, then use the official Palletways tracking page linked below when the shipment is urgent or the result remains unavailable.

What Palletways tracking statuses mean

Palletways may word these differently. The event text in your result is the carrier's own.

Booked / Shipment created
The sender has registered the shipment. The courier may not have the parcel yet.
Picked up
The courier has collected the parcel from the sender.
In transit
The parcel is moving between the courier's facilities. Gaps between scans are normal on long routes.
Arrived at hub / destination
Scanned at a sorting hub or the delivery branch. It is not with a delivery agent yet.
Out for delivery
A delivery agent has the parcel and will attempt delivery, usually the same day.
Delivery attempted / Undelivered
An attempt failed. Couriers normally try again; contact the courier to correct the address or agree a time.
Delivered
The courier has recorded the handover. If you do not have the parcel, raise it with the courier and the seller straight away.
RTO / Returned
Return to origin: the parcel is on its way back to the sender.

Palletways FAQ

How do I track a Palletways parcel?

Enter your Palletways tracking number in the search box above. TrackParcel requests the current status and available events from the carrier's tracking system.

What does a Palletways tracking number look like?

A sample Palletways reference is 60012345678. Registered format guidance is 11-digit Palletways tracking ID. The exact format can vary by shipment service, so use the value printed on the receipt or shipping confirmation.

Why is my Palletways tracking not updating?

Carriers only add scans when a parcel is processed at a facility. A newly booked parcel or a shipment moving between hubs can show no new event for a while.

Is Palletways tracking free?

Yes. TrackParcel tracking is free and does not require an account or sign-in.

Is TrackParcel the official Palletways website?

No. TrackParcel is an independent multi-carrier tracking service. Palletways remains the authority for shipment scans, delivery commitments, claims, and proof of delivery; use the official carrier link on this page when you need carrier support.
