Tracking Number Format
Pattern: 4PX followed by 13 digits and CN, or the last-mile carrier's number from the seller
Format example
4PX1234567890123CN
Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
TrackParcel has confirmed that 4PX's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
The usual cause is the international leg. After the parcel departs China there is no scan until it is processed in the destination country, and that gap commonly lasts a week or more for economy services. Gaps before departure happen while parcels are consolidated for a flight.
A local carrier in your country, often the national post or a parcel courier chosen for the service the seller paid for. Once it is handed over, that carrier's tracking is the most accurate, and it is the one to contact about a missed delivery.
Not necessarily. Sellers often send the number when the label is printed, one to three days before 4PX first scans the parcel. If nothing shows after about five days, ask the seller to confirm the parcel was handed over.
That depends on your country's import rules and how the seller shipped it. If duty or tax is due, the local delivery carrier or customs office contacts you. 4PX tracking only shows that the parcel is in customs clearance.
4PX is a Chinese cross-border logistics company that carries small parcels shipped from China by marketplace sellers on AliExpress and similar sites. It collects the order from the seller, consolidates it in a Chinese warehouse, flies it out and hands it to a postal service or courier in the destination country for delivery. Its tracking shows the origin and destination countries and a list of events, each with a description, a place and a time marked with that place's time zone. Because several companies handle the parcel, there are normally quiet gaps of several days, the longest being between leaving China and the first scan in the destination country.
4PX tracking begins with the reference printed on the shipment label, booking receipt, or dispatch message. The registered format guidance for this integration is 4PX followed by 13 digits and CN, or the last-mile carrier's number from the seller; 4PX1234567890123CN is an illustrative example rather than an active parcel. Enter the reference exactly as issued, including letters, leading zeroes, spaces, or punctuation when they form part of the number.
TrackParcel sends the lookup to the public tracking transport associated with 4PX and normalises the response into a readable timeline. When the carrier supplies them, the result can include the current shipment state, event timestamps, processing locations, and carrier remarks. The carrier creates and controls those scans; TrackParcel cannot add a missing event or promise when the next scan will appear. A recent successful response may be returned from a short-lived cache to reduce repeat requests.
4PX uses its own shipment references and scan process. The safest source is the dispatch confirmation, label, or receipt issued for that shipment. Similar-looking numeric references can belong to other couriers, so selecting 4PX explicitly avoids an ambiguous format match.
If 4PX returns no shipment, first compare the reference with the original message and remove accidental surrounding spaces. A newly created label may not be searchable until the first physical scan. Delays between events can also occur while a shipment moves between facilities, crosses a border, clears customs, or waits for a partner-carrier handoff. Try again later, then use the official 4PX tracking page linked below when the shipment is urgent or the result remains unavailable.
Guide updated:
4PX may word these differently. The event text in your result is the carrier's own.
Enter your 4PX tracking number in the search box above. TrackParcel requests the current status and available events from the carrier's tracking system.
A sample 4PX reference is 4PX1234567890123CN. Registered format guidance is 4PX followed by 13 digits and CN, or the last-mile carrier's number from the seller. The exact format can vary by shipment service, so use the value printed on the receipt or shipping confirmation.
Carriers only add scans when a parcel is processed at a facility. A newly booked parcel or a shipment moving between hubs can show no new event for a while.
