FAN Courier, a Romanian courier, tracks each parcel by its AWB, the transport document number. At the first step of a shipment sent with the FANbox option, its own tracker reads “Predat la FANbox”. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of FAN Courier. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official FAN Courier website.

On the AWB, the transport document the sender generates on FAN's website, in selfAWB or in the FAN Courier app. If you are expecting a parcel without it, FAN's FAQ says to ask the shop or sender, because its checks need the AWB.
FAN Courier has no shipment under what you entered. Its tracker page pairs the similar “AWB nu a fost găsit” with “The AWB was not found”. TrackParcel shows its own not-found message, as it does when FAN returns an AWB with no named events.
Because TrackParcel shows Ready for pickup for any last event coded C0 or S56, the codes of FAN's first progress step. FAN names that step by delivery option: “Predat la FANbox” with the FANbox option, “Predat la Collect Point” for S56 with the Collect Point option, otherwise “Preluată” for C0 and the event's own name for S56. TrackParcel does not read those options.
Livrată is the label FAN's tracker gives a delivered shipment, and its English version reads Delivered. TrackParcel shows Delivered for the same final event, giving its date and time converted to IST. A shipment that went back to its sender is labelled “Returnată” instead.
FAN's own form does, and TrackParcel can send a reference too, though not always unchanged. FAN's form takes an AWB number or a reference and finds the AWB a reference belongs to. TrackParcel capitalises a reference and drops a starting label such as AWB or Ref:, plus spaces, hyphens, underscores, dots, commas, slashes, # signs and colons, except in shapes such as BT- and digits; a * or + left in gets it refused. Auto-Detect does not recognise references, so pick FAN Courier yourself.
FAN Courier, whose FAQ names the company FAN COURIER EXPRESS S.R.L., describes itself as the leader of Romania's courier services since 2006. Besides delivery to the door, it leaves parcels in FANbox lockers and at Collect Point partner shops, and it ships abroad by road and by air.
TrackParcel reads the same AWB tracking form that FAN Courier's own tracker page uses, with the language set to English. FAN's FAQ adds that a parcel whose sender is MEEST, a logistics intermediary, is most likely coming from China.
FAN's FAQ calls the AWB the transport document number, and the sender generates it on FAN's website, in selfAWB or in the FAN Courier app. At a FANbox drop-off, contract customers must print the AWB and stick it on the parcel; occasional senders can use a QR code or PIN.
For a FAN AWB, TrackParcel removes spaces, hyphens, dots, slashes and a pasted AWB: label, and capitalises the letter. Auto-Detect suggests FAN Courier only for a letter F followed by eight digits; for other shapes, pick it yourself.
FAN lists a shipment's events oldest first, each with a code, a name and a date; TrackParcel shows them newest first, with no place. Origin, destination, weight and expected delivery stay blank, as FAN's reply lacks them. TrackParcel reads the times as Romanian time and shows them converted to IST, labelled IST.
FAN's tracker page names the shipment's state from the code of its last event. TrackParcel follows the same codes for Delivered, Returned and Ready for pickup; for the codes FAN labels “În tranzit” or “În livrare”, it shows the last event's own name instead.
FAN Courier answers “AWB-ul nu a fost gasit.” for an AWB it does not know, and TrackParcel reports the parcel as not found. A reply about a search limit is not a miss: TrackParcel shows a recent saved result if it has one, or asks you to try again shortly. Any other reply without an AWB counts as FAN being unavailable.
FAN's FAQ says an AWB is needed for any check in its records, so get it from the shop if you have none. A sender whose parcel has not arrived can open a selfAWB ticket under the delivery-delay category.
A FANbox locker opens with the QR code or PIN found in the FAN Courier app and in the e-mail or SMS announcing the drop. A parcel left past its pickup time goes back to the sender, unless you extend the period through the SMS link.
At a Collect Point, a PayPoint Colet Expres shop, you need a five-character validation code and your identity card. The shop keeps the parcel for 7 calendar days, after which it is returned to the sender.
Changes to a delivery go through FAN Courier itself, using the link in its delivery-day SMS or the FAN Courier app. Its FAQ says the courier can be contacted only on the delivery day, through that app or link. FAN's website also offers a chat assistant, ȘteFAN; have the AWB ready.

FAN's FAQ says the courier tries delivery again the next day. You can also reschedule, or redirect the parcel to a FANbox, through the SMS link or the FAN Courier app; a new address counts as a new delivery.
FAN now sends the PIN and delivery details through a secure link in its SMS, opened with a unique access code. Without the PIN, FAN's FAQ says the parcel is still handed over on an identity document or a stamp.
Ask the courier to write a report, a proces-verbal, describing the damage; after that check you can accept or refuse the shipment. Parcels are delivered sealed and may not be opened before payment, unless the sender chose the Check on Delivery option.
