Track a FedEx International Connect (FIC) parcel with its FIC tracking number, a Carrier Local tracking number or the order reference. In the replayed shipments, each scan carried a numeric event code. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of FedEx International Connect. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official FedEx International Connect website.

Three kinds, as the tracker's own page lists them. They are the FedEx International Connect (FIC) tracking number, a Carrier Local tracking number and an Order Reference number. Its box is marked “max 10”, but TrackParcel looks up one number per search, so two numbers pasted together arrive as one string.
The FIC tracker holds nothing under what you entered, at least for now. TrackParcel reports the lookup as not found. Because the tracker takes three kinds of number, try the others the seller gave you, such as the order reference, before asking the seller to confirm the parcel has shipped.
The sender has created the shipment and FedEx is expecting to receive it. In the replayed shipments the history started with “Expected from” and the sender's name, meaning the label had been created. The parcel is physically in the network once it is accepted at a FedEx processing centre.
The parcel is routed through FedEx processing centres, which can be in a different country from the seller. For example, a UK seller's parcel may be processed in the Czech Republic before delivery in the Netherlands. In the replayed shipments, acceptance at a processing centre was followed by manifesting for departure, scans along the route and arrival at the delivery depot.
It is the number from the tracker's Event Code column. TrackParcel copies it into the event's note as Event code followed by the number. In the replayed shipments every event carried such a numeric code, and a scan without one shows no note.
FedEx International Connect, shortened to FIC on its tracker, has its own tracking site at fictracking.fedex.com. The page is titled FedEx Express and carries a Merchant Login link. TrackParcel has no separate FedEx Express tracker, and this page's lookups go only to the FIC tracker.
In the shipments TrackParcel's integration was replayed against, FIC sent parcels through FedEx processing centres and handed many of them to a delivery partner in the destination country. The tracker also takes a Carrier Local tracking number.
The FIC tracker's page invites you to enter the FedEx International Connect (FIC) tracking number, a Carrier Local tracking number or an Order Reference number. TrackParcel first drops a label such as AWB: or the brackets around an unlabelled number, and capitalises letters. Spaces, hyphens, underscores, dots, commas, slashes, hash signs and colons go too, except in two narrow shapes that keep one separator, so a hyphenated Order Reference is sent without hyphens. The result goes to the FIC tracker with no shape test, provided it meets the site's rule of at most 50 letters, digits, hyphens or underscores.
Auto-Detect does not try FedEx International Connect for a nine-digit number, and its Also try list stops before reaching it. Pick FedEx International Connect by hand whatever the number looks like.
TrackParcel requests the FIC tracker's page for the number and reads its history table: Date/Time, Activity, Event Code and Location. Events are listed newest first, and the oldest scan's place becomes the origin.
From the details table it reads the FIC Tracking Number, Destination, Weight and Service rows; the result card shows the destination and the weight, but not the service. Times are shown as printed, with no time zone added or converted.
For an unknown number the FIC tracker says it has no record of your reference on file at this time. Once a number has gone to the tracker, TrackParcel reports not found only for that sentence or a no-shipment-found message, even when either comes on a missing page.
A page it recognises but cannot read is reported as a failed lookup, and a maintenance or error page, or a missing page without those words, as the tracker being temporarily unavailable. For a reference that keeps finding nothing, ask the seller which number FIC holds.
In the replayed shipments, many FIC parcels were handed to a delivery partner in the destination country after FedEx's processing centres. The FIC tracker accepts a Carrier Local tracking number as well as the FIC tracking number and the order reference, so keep whichever numbers the seller sends you.
The FIC tracker lists no customer contact route; its only link is a Merchant Login. Raise a delivery problem with the seller that sent the parcel, quoting the FIC tracking number and the order reference, which the tracker also accepts.

Sources: FedEx International Connect tracking (fictracking.fedex.com, checked )
FedEx International Connect's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
Only “Expected from” is quoted in an allowed source, so the other steps are described in the guide above instead.
Not here. The FIC tracker at fictracking.fedex.com is its own site, and TrackParcel sends this page's lookups only there, never to FedEx's main tracking on fedex.com. It asks for the FIC tracking number, a Carrier Local tracking number or an Order Reference number.
Yes, when the tracker's details table has a Weight row: TrackParcel shows it exactly as printed. The Destination row, when present, becomes the result's To field; without it, To stays empty until delivery and then shows the delivery scan's place. The service name is read but not shown on the result card.
No. TrackParcel keeps the FIC tracker's own clock, without adding a zone or converting it, but it drops the ordinal and the seconds from each stamp and leaves out any row whose date it cannot read. A parcel that crosses borders can therefore show times that do not line up with your own clock.
Courier tracking across registered integrations in one place.
Track shipments from India Post, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ekart/Flipkart, Shadowfax and more from a single search bar.
Recent results use a short-lived cache for speed; uncached lookups fetch from the carrier and may take longer.
Just enter your tracking number. No account, no OTP, no friction - ever.
Responsive layouts and a focused tracking flow built for the phones most visitors use.
Select a carrier and enter the reference printed on the label or booking confirmation.
TrackParcel displays the status and scan history returned by the selected carrier, with cache state shown clearly.
New searches use a private POST request and never place the parcel identifier in the result URL.
Enter your tracking number, let Auto-Detect find the carrier or choose it, and request the latest available status - no login or OTP required.
