Tracking Number Format
Pattern: HAWB number of 8 to 12 digits

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
TrackParcel has confirmed that First Logistics's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
The HAWB number, which TrackParcel accepts as 8 to 12 digits only. On the company's site it goes into the single box on the e-Trace page and is looked up with the Trace button; the Tools menu lists a separate Tracing by Account option. Auto-Detect leaves First Logistics out for numbers like these, so choose it in the courier list yourself.
It is what e-Trace answers when no shipment matches the HAWB, and the page shows it in a pop-up alert. TrackParcel turns that reply into a not-found result. If what is left after the search box tidies your entry holds a letter, or has fewer than 8 or more than 12 digits, TrackParcel stops it itself, without asking First Logistics.
Only when the newest e-Trace step contains BERHASIL TERKIRIM and the current status agrees. Wording that also says TIDAK, BELUM, GAGAL, BATAL, RETUR or KEMBALI, or mentions the sender (PENGIRIM), never counts as a delivery. DIBAWA KURIR shows as Out for Delivery while it is the current status wording, unless that wording is negated, failed or a return.
e-Trace sends each step as the carrier writes it. Its page gives six phrases their own icon: DATA KIRIMAN TELAH DITERIMA, PICKUP, BERANGKAT, TIBA, DIBAWA KURIR and BERHASIL TERKIRIM. TrackParcel shows the wording as sent, cut where OLEH, KEPADA, a colon or an opening bracket begins, with the step's date, time and city hub.
PT. Synergy First Logistics, whose address is in Pondok Aren, Tangerang, calls itself a local domestic courier company. Among others, its services page lists regular, cargo, project-based and e-commerce services.
This page tracks a HAWB through e-Trace on the company's own site. TrackParcel built the lookup from that page's script and the real reply it gives an unknown number, and has not yet tried it on a real shipment.
The e-Trace page looks a shipment up by its HAWB number; account customers can pull a report by account number instead. TrackParcel's lookup takes digits only, 8 to 12 of them, a range TrackParcel set itself.
Before checking, TrackParcel's search box clears a pasted AWB: label, brackets, spaces, hyphens and slashes. A HAWB that then holds a letter, or has 7 or 13 digits, is answered not found without being sent to First Logistics. Nor does Auto-Detect offer First Logistics for 8- to 12-digit numbers, so select it by hand.
e-Trace shows a trace result, consignee details, a receiving status naming the receiver, a timeline of steps and a signature image. Each step shows its status, date and time and city hub, and the page marks the first, newest step as current.
TrackParcel keeps each step's status, date, time and city hub, plus the destination city, the weight (labelled in kilograms) and the estimated delivery date. It never reads the shipper, sender contact, consignee's name and address, receiver's name and title, shipper's reference, additional-info note or signature, and never calls the page's map.
Timed stamps without a zone are read as WIB (Jakarta time), or as WITA or WIT when the stamp names one, and are shown converted to IST, labelled IST. Dates are read day first, and the stamp format has never been seen in a real reply.
e-Trace's page script checks each reply for exactly that text and, when it comes, shows it in an alert instead of a result. For a HAWB TrackParcel has sent, it reports not found only on that reply; a blocked request, a maintenance notice or an answer laid out differently shows as an error or as the carrier being unavailable.
TrackParcel set the 8-to-12-digit range itself, so a genuine HAWB of another length would also come back not found here. If the sender confirms such a number, check it on e-Trace itself or send First Logistics a Track & Trace query.
Besides parcels and documents, its Cargo Service runs by land and sea to cities throughout Indonesia, and its Project Based Service covers large-scale goods distribution. For online sellers it offers a webservice module, SMS notification of shipping status, Trace by SMS and customised shipping applications.
The contact page has a form whose subjects include Track & Trace, and it lists a call centre line and a chat-only WhatsApp line for customer service. The site's menu also links a Customer Tickets page. Have the HAWB number ready when you write or call.

First Logistics's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
Of these six, TrackParcel rewrites only BERHASIL TERKIRIM and DIBAWA KURIR; the other words come from e-Trace's own page script and are shown as the carrier sends them.
No. e-Trace can show the receiver's name and title and a proof-of-delivery signature, but TrackParcel never reads them. First Logistics says it can obtain a proof of delivery for every item, so ask it directly with the HAWB number.
TrackParcel cuts a step's wording before OLEH or KEPADA, a colon or a bracket, where a person's name could follow, so a note after them is not shown. Whether the step counts as delivered is still decided from the whole wording.
e-Trace's consignee details include an Estimated Delivery field. TrackParcel shows that date while the shipment is on its way and drops it once the result shows Delivered after a BERHASIL TERKIRIM step.
