Where is the nomor resi for an SPX Indonesia order?
In the Shopee app, open Saya, then Pesanan Saya, and choose the order. Shopee's Indonesian help centre says orders sent with a Shopee-supported courier get a nomor resi that can be tracked in the app. If an order has no resi at all, the help centre's advice is to contact the seller about its shipping.
Why might a new SPXID resi show nothing yet?
The resi may not be updated on the courier's site yet, Shopee's Indonesian help centre says. Until it is, the order status in Shopee does not move either, and a system fault on the courier's site has the same effect. If spx.co.id lists no scans, TrackParcel reports not found; try again later before assuming the number is wrong.
What is a First Mile Hub in SPX Indonesia tracking?
It is the first SPX facility the parcel reaches after pickup from the seller. Seeing it means the parcel is in the SPX network and moving toward the delivery area. A parcel is assigned to a courier for pickup, collected, and taken to a First Mile Hub. From there it moves through transit points and distribution centres (DC) before last-mile delivery.
Which Shopee tab holds an SPX Indonesia order on its way?
Dikirim, which Shopee's Indonesian help centre describes as orders the seller has already shipped. Paid orders that are not yet shipped sit under Dikemas, and orders that have arrived move to Selesai. Returned items and refunds are listed under Pengembalian, all inside Pesanan Saya.
Will Auto-Detect pick SPX Indonesia for an SPXID number?
Yes, for SPXID followed by 12 digits Auto-Detect offers SPX Express Indonesia as its first match. SPX Singapore and SPX Philippines also appear as weaker matches for that shape, so check the selected carrier before searching. The number is capitalised and its spaces removed first, so a lower-case spxid with gaps still matches.
SPX Express Indonesia Tracking – Complete Guide
SPX's Indonesian site names PT. Nusantara Ekspres Kilat in its footer and says SPX Express was launched in 2018. Its English pages say SPX serves a broad customer base in Indonesia, supporting the growth of SMEs, MSMEs and local communities.
The site puts its coverage at 514 cities and regencies across Indonesia, and its booking menu adds a Trucking Service for shipments over 10 kg. This page covers SPXID waybills only.
The SPXID nomor resi
An SPX Express Indonesia waybill starts with SPXID, and TrackParcel's format note, written from real shipments, gives it as SPXID followed by 12 digits. Shopee's Indonesian help centre calls it the nomor resi, or no. resi.
Beyond the SPXID prefix that Auto-Detect looks for, TrackParcel does not test the pattern, so a resi with a digit missing still reaches spx.co.id and gets SPX's own reply. In the Shopee app, Shopee's Indonesian help centre puts order status under Pesanan Saya in the Saya tab, and orders sent with a Shopee-supported courier carry a nomor resi.
What spx.co.id shows for an SPXID parcel
For an SPXID number TrackParcel reads spx.co.id, SPX's Indonesian site, and labels the result SPX Express Indonesia. It asks for English event wording and reads every scan at UTC+7, the single offset its code sets for Indonesia, then shows each one converted to IST, 90 minutes earlier, with an IST label. SPX runs one tracking system in every market: TrackParcel lists its scans newest first, and reports not found when SPX has no such waybill, calls it malformed or lists no scans.
SPX Express Indonesia (Shopee Express) shows events in both Indonesian and English. Each hub usually produces a group of scans: arrived at the station, packed at the sorting centre ready for transit, then in transit to the next station. A long list of events therefore means normal hub-to-hub movement, not repeated handling problems.
When spx.co.id has no record of the resi
A not-found result means spx.co.id gave no scans under that exact SPXID number. Shopee's Indonesian help centre names causes on the sending side: the courier or seller supplied a wrong resi, or the seller shipped under a different resi from the one in Shopee's system. In those cases it says to ask the seller, through Chat Penjual, for the correct resi.

Shopee's Indonesian help centre lists three routes to SPX Express customer service: Live Chat, by choosing Saya and then Chat dengan Shopee; the phone and live chat services in the Shopee app's help centre; and the Hubungi Kami button on spx.co.id. Yes. SPX's Indonesian site has a Find a Service Point tool for dropping off parcels or collecting them yourself, and it recruits SPX Express agents through a registration form. Its footer names PT. Nusantara Ekspres Kilat as the company behind the site.
Why will an overseas Shopee order not track like an SPXID resi?
