GoBolt's FAQ describes a business of warehousing, pick and pack, shipping and last mile delivery for merchants, and says it operates in 12 major metropolitan cities across North America. It lists fulfilment centres in Canadian cities such as Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary, and in US states including New York and Texas.

This page covers numbers on the company's own tracking page. Delivery changes and the customer service team sit in its customer support portal, and its last mile service is also open to brands that fulfil their own orders.

The help centre places the tracking number in the order details the merchant emails you once the shipment exists. Auto-Detect recognises GoBolt by the GBL start, so pick it by hand for a number that begins differently. The search box removes spaces, hyphens and a pasted label such as Tracking #: from a GBL number, and capitalises its letters.

Some online orders travel with other carriers. The FAQ lists FedEx, UPS, DHL, Canpar, Canada Post and USPS among the carriers in the company's network for shipping online orders, so a confirmation naming one of them points to that carrier's tracking instead.

TrackParcel searches the company's shipping labels for the number. When that search answers with a list of labels, TrackParcel never shows one that carries a different number: it uses the label carrying that number, or a lone label that carries no number at all. It shows each event's date, time, place, wording and added details, newest first, plus the estimated delivery date when one is supplied and the parcel is neither delivered nor returned.

When a label has no events, its own status and its delivery, update or creation time stand in as one event. The result turns to Delivered only when the label status or the newest event reads as a delivery; until then the newest event's wording is the status.

For a number it sends, TrackParcel reports not found when the answer says the label does not exist, lists only other numbers, or holds the label with no dated event or status. A too-many-requests answer is shown as the carrier limiting requests, and any other error status as its tracker being unavailable.

If nothing shows after the waiting time the help centre gives, ask the merchant. It says the merchant can give the next steps to receive the correct tracking number.

For furniture, appliances and other big and bulky items, the FAQ lists to-the-door, threshold, room of choice and white glove delivery. The help centre also covers the emails sent to schedule a delivery, and warns that these often land in junk or spam folders.

The FAQ sends delivery problems to the customer support portal, where you can track, change your delivery or contact the customer service team. Returns start with the merchant, who must approve one before it is scheduled. Have the GBL number and the merchant's order details ready.
