GAP Akis Express has been serving Cyprus for over 40 years with a network of branches in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, Famagusta and Paralimni. It handles same-day and next-day domestic parcels, cash-on-delivery (COD) services, and international shipments routed through its EU hub in Athens, Greece.
The tracking number format is a single uppercase C followed by 9 digits (e.g. C910002421). The number is assigned at the time of drop-off and remains the unique reference through every scan, including the critical ΣΥΔΕΤΑ (delivery-attempt) and ΠΑΡΑΔΟΘΗΚΕ (delivered) statuses that appear once the parcel reaches its destination.
GAP Akis's tracking portal is built on WordPress and uses an admin-ajax endpoint to fetch live status. TrackParcel talks to that same endpoint and returns the full event timeline - including the station name, scan date, status code and any Greek-language remarks - directly in your browser. The interface is bilingual (Greek and English), and the tracking page works for any GAP Akis AWB issued in the past 90 days.

GAP Akis Express may word these differently. The event text in your result is the carrier's own.
- Booked / Shipment created
- The sender has registered the shipment. The courier may not have the parcel yet.
- Picked up
- The courier has collected the parcel from the sender.
- In transit
- The parcel is moving between the courier's facilities. Gaps between scans are normal on long routes.
- Arrived at hub / destination
- Scanned at a sorting hub or the delivery branch. It is not with a delivery agent yet.
- Out for delivery
- A delivery agent has the parcel and will attempt delivery, usually the same day.
- Delivery attempted / Undelivered
- An attempt failed. Couriers normally try again; contact the courier to correct the address or agree a time.
- Delivered
- The courier has recorded the handover. If you do not have the parcel, raise it with the courier and the seller straight away.
- RTO / Returned
- Return to origin: the parcel is on its way back to the sender.

ΠΑΡΑΔΟΘΗΚΕ is Greek for 'Delivered' - the final status when the parcel has been handed to the recipient. The scan includes the delivery station, date and any signature/POD info captured.
Does GAP Akis deliver outside Cyprus?
Yes. GAP Akis ships to the EU and most international destinations through its Athens routing hub. International shipments show transit through Greece before the final-mile leg in the destination country.
How long does GAP Akis keep tracking history?
GAP Akis retains tracking history for 90 days after the final scan. For older shipments, the carrier portal will return an empty timeline - please contact GAP Akis customer support for archive lookups.
