SPX's Vietnamese site says SPX Express was established in 2018 and serves a broad customer base in Vietnam. Its footer names SPX Express (Việt Nam) Co., Ltd as the company.

Shopee's Vietnamese help centre says the SPX name changed only the brand identity, with shipping and its settings carrying on as before, and that SPX serves sellers and buyers nationwide. This page covers waybills that start with SPXVN; SPX numbers from other countries have their own pages.

An SPX Express Vietnam waybill starts with SPXVN and continues with letters and digits; Auto-Detect's rule accepts any run of them after the prefix. Indonesian SPX waybills start with SPXID instead.

In the Shopee app the order and its statuses sit under Tôi, then Đơn mua. TrackParcel's search box uppercases the waybill and drops spaces, hyphens, dots and slashes before asking spx.vn, without checking the SPXVN pattern itself.

For an SPXVN waybill the result is labelled SPX Express Vietnam and comes from SPX's Vietnamese site, spx.vn. SPX runs one tracking system in every market: TrackParcel lists its scans newest first, and reports not found when SPX has no such waybill, calls it malformed or lists no scans.

TrackParcel reads each scan in Vietnam time, seven hours ahead of UTC, and shows it in IST, marked IST, so a scan at 09:00 there is listed at 07:30. The SPX Vietnam tracking system sometimes refuses automated lookups. TrackParcel asks spx.vn for its English event wording, whereas Shopee's Vietnamese help centre explains order statuses in Vietnamese, such as Đang giao.

A not-found answer means spx.vn listed no scans for that exact SPXVN waybill, or called it malformed. TrackParcel's code singles out SPX's Vietnamese and Thai sites as answering some requests with a refusal, and such a refusal never becomes a not-found result. Before chasing the seller, check whether the Shopee order shows Đang giao, the status from which Shopee says the shipping journey can be followed.

SPX's Vietnamese site lists a Try-on Service, a Partial Delivery Service, a Buyer Rejects Fee Service, a High Value Service and cash on delivery collection among its services. For Shopee orders, Shopee's help centre limits a packed SPX parcel to 60 cm on each side and 10 kg.

Shopee's Vietnamese help centre says the expected delivery time depends on when the seller hands the order to the carrier. If it has not arrived by then, you can contact the carrier directly, or chat with Tép Thám Tử and choose Kiểm tra tình trạng đơn hàng to ask Shopee to hurry the delivery.
