TrackParcel has confirmed that The Professional Couriers's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
The Professional Couriers prints the consignment number on the booking receipt. It usually starts with a three-letter booking office code (such as MAA, DEL or BLR) followed by nine digits.
It means TPC has the shipment and it is moving between its offices and hubs. Each forwarding event TPC returns shows where and when it was scanned.
TPC doesn’t publish one delivery time: it depends on the service booked, the route and the destination. Check the forwarding events for the latest scan, and ask the booking office for the expected date.
A consignment may not be in TPC’s tracking system until the booking office scans it. Check the number against the receipt, wait a few hours after booking and try again; if it still finds nothing, ask the booking office.
The Professional Couriers (TPC) has carried courier and cargo shipments in India since 1987 and lists 3,300+ branches and 70,000+ destinations served. This page asks the tracking service at tpcglobe.com that TPC’s own TPC GO app uses for the consignment number you enter, and shows the booking status and forwarding events it returns. Consignment numbers are usually a three-letter booking office code followed by nine digits; enter the full reference as printed on the receipt.
TPC runs a hub-and-spoke network of company offices and franchisees, with warehousing at its hubs, and offers services from domestic delivery it advertises as next-day to international shipments. A consignment is scanned at the offices and hubs it passes through, so a day or more between scans is normal while it travels between cities.
When TPC's tracking service has no record of a number, TrackParcel says so; a consignment booked in the last few hours may not be in it yet. When the service is slow or unreachable, try again later or ask the booking office.
Guide updated:
The Professional Couriers may word these differently. The event text in your result is the carrier's own.
TPC consignment numbers typically start with a 3-letter city code followed by digits, e.g. KNP250001196. The prefix identifies the booking branch. Enter the full number as shown on the receipt, including letters.
Select The Professional Couriers from the carrier dropdown, enter your consignment number, and click Track. TrackParcel fetches the latest available status from TPC's mobile tracking system.
TPC doesn't publish one delivery time: it depends on the service booked, the route and the destination. The booking office can tell you the expected date for your consignment.
TPC updates tracking when parcels are scanned at branch offices. Gaps between scans are normal during inter-city transit, especially for surface shipments. If there is no update for 5+ days, contact the booking branch with your consignment number.
TPC lists 70,000+ destinations served through 3,300+ branches. Whether a particular area is served can be checked with the PIN code tool on TPC's own site.
