TrackParcel has confirmed that JRS Express's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
Six digits, a dash and three digits, the shape of the example in the Tracking Number box on the JRS Track page. The search box strips that dash and TrackParcel restores it before the request, so nine bare digits work as well. A prefix such as JRS typed before the digits makes the entry fail without a lookup.
That message appears on the Track page when a number returns no scans. It goes on to say the tracking information may have been archived and is no longer available online. Because an unknown number and an unscanned one get the same empty reply, TrackParcel files both under not found.
Only on the carrier's own page, which prints it next to Delivered To. TrackParcel drops it; when the newest scan is Delivered To or Released To / Delivered To, the result reads Delivered, and when it is RTS Received, Returned to Origin. The rider's name, the remarks and the receiver's stated relationship are never read either.
The Track page shows any scan with status ID 1 as Accepted at Origin Branch, whatever text the scan carries, and TrackParcel does likewise. Other scans keep their own status text, with the branch location printed beside it. A scan arriving without any status wording is dropped from the timeline.
Every JRS stamp arrives in UTC, and the Track page adds 8 hours to display Philippine time. TrackParcel repeats that step for Manila time, then the timeline shifts it to IST with an IST label, two and a half hours earlier than Manila. A scan just after midnight in Manila can therefore show the previous date.
JRS Express describes itself as a 100% Filipino-owned business and dates JRS Business Corporation to 1960. Its about page lists express cargo, general cargo, freight, intra-city on-demand delivery, lipat-bahay delivery and international business. It also cites its accreditation as a national courier for the Supreme Court of the Philippines' Office of the Court Administrator.
TrackParcel reads the same scans as the Track page on the carrier's site, one tracking number per search. It leaves out the receiver details printed there for a finished delivery.
The JRS Track page has a single Tracking Number box, whose example is 6 digits, a dash and 3 digits. TrackParcel accepts the same nine digits with or without the dash, and with spaces or a typographic dash in between.
Ten digits, or any count other than nine, ends as not found with no request to the carrier. Auto-Detect's own lookups for nine-digit numbers skip JRS Express, so select it by hand.
The Track page lists Date, Time, Status, Remarks and Branch Location, newest first. TrackParcel carries over three of them: status, branch location and the stamp turned into Manila date and time, again latest first.
Left unread are the receiver, the relationship, the messenger, the remarks and the location field, which the page substitutes for an empty receiver. Because the reply has no origin, destination, weight or estimate, the result shows none of them.
An airbill the carrier has never seen and one still waiting for its first scan come back identically, as an empty list. TrackParcel has no way to separate the two, so either ends as not found; the Track page itself suggests the record may have been archived. Should the carrier send a maintenance screen or something unreadable, TrackParcel reports the carrier unavailable rather than the parcel missing.
The JRS terms ask shippers to verify a shipment's status within five days of acceptance, and for an undelivered one the status posted on the fifth day counts as notice. The shipper then has five days to request redelivery, return or delivery to a new address; a return or a new address counts as a new transaction, with its own freight fee. A loss or damage claim needs a Standard Claim Form lodged at any JRS branch.

JRS Express's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
The carrier's terms say no time is fixed for completing delivery unless the service selected provides otherwise, and that it may use whichever mode of transport it deems most effective. No estimated date appears on TrackParcel either, the reply carrying none.
Because JRS sent that scan without a branch location; its tracking data allows the field to be empty, and TrackParcel then leaves the place blank. The scan still appears with its status and its date, as long as it carries status wording and a readable date stamp.
Up to the declared value, its terms say, and that value may not exceed the parcels' acquisition cost. With no declared value or valuation fee on the official receipt, only the freight fee is refunded, and loss caused by improper packaging or by the shipment's own nature is excluded.
