PHLPost, the Philippine Postal Corporation, records registered mail from acceptance to delivery, and TrackParcel follows it by the 13-character S10 item number. Its Postal Track and Trace page also takes PhilID transaction numbers, which TrackParcel does not send. No login required.

TrackParcel has confirmed that PHLPost's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
No: TrackParcel takes one item number at a time, two letters, nine digits and two letters. The tracker's own box holds up to 30, one per line, but a pasted list is run together into one long string, which is turned away without a lookup.
The tracker holds no record of the number: it answers with one row whose event and status both read Not Found. For a number TrackParcel sends, only that exact row becomes a not-found result. A number from a PhilSys ID Transaction Slip is a PhilID number, not a postal item number.
No, TrackParcel works from the event history alone and leaves the counters unread. The page fills them from a summary call that took about 31 seconds for one number. A delivery is recognised only from the wording of the latest event, and wording about going out for delivery becomes Out for Delivery.
No, TrackParcel sends PHLPost only postal item numbers. The post's PhilID advisory says to key the 29-digit Transaction Number from the PhilSys ID Transaction Slip into Postal Track and Trace. Here a 29-digit number stops before any lookup, so use the post's page for it.
TrackParcel uses it when the day-first and month-first readings agree or only one is possible. Otherwise, as with 05/10, which could be 5 October or 10 May, the date comes from the reply's separate event stamp. Times are read as Philippine time and shown converted to IST, labelled IST.
The Philippine Postal Corporation runs PHLPost, and its Postal Track and Trace page is the source for this guide's lookups. It says registered mail is recorded from acceptance to delivery, while ordinary mail covers all unrecorded items, so only recorded mail leaves a history to follow.
Its range runs from domestic and international Express Mail Service to air and surface parcel post. The same tracker gives the delivery status of PhilSys ID cards from their transaction slips; this guide covers postal items only.
The tracker's box asks for tracking numbers, as many as 30, one per line. TrackParcel sends it one item number at a time in the S10 layout, and it passes on endings other than PH as well.
In TrackParcel's search box, a pasted AWB: prefix, spaces and hyphens come off before anything else. Auto-Detect offers PHLPost for numbers ending in PH, listed after India Post unless the number starts with X, which puts it first; with any other ending, choose PHLPost yourself. A PhilID transaction number, or any other shape, is turned away with no lookup made.
The lookup fetches what the tracker's View History button opens: each event's description, its Date Time and its Location. The newest event comes first. Neither the summary table's Status (Last Event) column nor its counters feed the result.
Times are read in Manila's zone, which keeps no daylight saving, and appear converted to IST. The tracker's separate Postal ID search, with its addressee, signatory and failed-delivery columns, is never called, and a name that follows wording such as Signed by is cut off.
An unknown number brings back a single row reading Not Found, which produces a not-found result. Not Found wording without that row's zero status code, an empty history or an error page counts as an error or an outage instead.
PHLPost's PhilID advisory tells holders who get NOT FOUND to contact the Philippine Identification System. That route is for ID cards only; questions about a postal item go to the desks in the contact section below.
PHLPost says it exchanges international EMS items with 45 countries under bilateral agreements, and that domestic EMS reaches all major cities and towns. Insured Parcel Post, up to an insured value of Php 5,000.00, is accepted only for Switzerland and the United States and its possessions. Its Cash-on-Delivery service lets the addressee pay the amount due when the item is delivered.
A disclaimer on the tracker page says international mail and parcels are subject to examination by the Bureau of Customs. Recipients may have to settle duties, taxes and other fees before the item is dispatched for delivery, and the same notice warns of delays while PHLPost follows government protocols.
General concerns go to a customer service line and email on PHLPost's contact page, open on weekdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a separate desk for Postal ID concerns. The tracker page also names separate inquiry desks for Express Mail and for Airmail, so pick the one that matches your item.

PHLPost's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
The summary counters are the only status labels on PHLPost's tracker page, and no real item history has been seen, so no event names are listed here. Its In Transit counter gets no card, because TrackParcel never reads the counters: unless the latest event reads as delivered or out for delivery, the result's status repeats that event's text from the timeline.
PHLPost says registered mail is recorded from acceptance to delivery, and the sender may attach a registry return receipt for the recipient to sign as proof of delivery. It pays indemnity if registered mail is lost or damaged.
PHLPost describes ordinary mail as all unrecorded items, charged basic postage and delivered through the regular channels, and describes priority mail as unrecorded too. Without a recorded item number there is nothing for its tracker, or TrackParcel, to look up.
Be wary. The Philippine Postal Corporation warns the public against fraudulent text and online messages that use its name. Check the item number on Postal Track and Trace yourself rather than following a link in the message.
