Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
TrackParcel has confirmed that XDE Logistics's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
Enter the 15-character tracking number, in one of the two shapes TrackParcel takes. Those are XSM or XSW and 12 digits, or PH, 12 digits and one more letter or digit. The form itself has a single Tracking number field and refuses an empty box. TrackParcel's search box drops spaces and dashes, and a number left in neither shape is turned away without any request to XDE.
The carrier's system found nothing under the number. Its full message says it could not find your package and tells you to look again at what you typed. A malformed number gets exactly this answer too, so match the number character by character against the sender's copy.
Scans without a public status are hidden from the tracker page. When none is left, the page prints “No shipment history is available yet.” under the current status. TrackParcel mirrors this, showing that status over an empty timeline, and calls the number not found only if the reply holds neither.
The scans have no place field. Each carries a date, XDE's own status wording and a short description, so any hub would appear only in the scan's own wording. TrackParcel puts that description under the scan as a remark whenever it differs from the status, and leaves the place blank.
XDE Logistics is the name on the website whose footer credits Ximex Delivery Express Inc., and that site puts the corporate office in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. It describes its business as freight forwarding across land, air and sea, backed by warehousing and specialised transport, over a network serving Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao.
This page tracks a number through the Track your package form on the company's home page. TrackParcel's lookup follows that form's script, and the only XDE reply it was built on is the answer for an unknown number, so it has never read a real shipment.
The Track your package form has one Tracking number field and rejects an empty box. TrackParcel's lookup takes 15 characters: XSM or XSW and 12 digits, or PH, 12 digits plus one last letter or digit.
TrackParcel's search box capitalises letters and strips a pasted AWB: label and any spaces, hyphens, dots or slashes within an XSM, XSW or PH number. Whatever then fits neither shape is stopped before any request, which matters because the carrier's system answers a malformed number exactly as an unknown one. A comma between two numbers merges them into a single string that fails the check, so enter one number per search.
For XSM and XSW numbers, XDE Logistics is Auto-Detect's first suggestion. A PH number is not suggested, so choose XDE Logistics yourself in the courier list.
TrackParcel asks for the same shipment history as the home-page form, which lays it out under Package information: consignee name, tracking number and current status, then each scan's date, status and description. If the reply lacks a current status, the page prints a Contact us for more details link, and TrackParcel falls back to the latest scan.
From each scan TrackParcel takes the status, date, time and description, never the consignee name or a scan's Reference note. Scans that have no public status stay hidden, as on the carrier's page, and the remaining ones run from newest to oldest. An ISO-style stamp carrying a UTC offset keeps it, while one without an offset is read as Manila time; each timed scan is then shown converted to IST, labelled IST.
XDE's page prints that line, asking you to check the number you entered, whenever its system returns the not-found answer. Once a number has gone to the carrier, TrackParcel reports not found on that answer alone, or on a reply holding no visible scan and no current status. A maintenance page, a blocked request or a reply in a new layout appears as an error, or as the carrier being unavailable.
One answer covers both a typing slip and an unknown number, so first compare the number with the one in the sender's message. If the sender stands by it, send it to XDE Customer Care.
Road freight runs under XpresLand, XpresParcel and XpresHaul, from small parcels to full truckloads, air cargo under XDEAirCargo and sea cargo under XDESeaCargo. Contract logistics, under XpresDock and XpresHub, cover cross-docking, consolidation and storage, while Special Projects handles oversized and complex cargo.
The site names its Facebook page, XDE Logistics, as the customer care channel, and its chat button copies your message for you to paste into Messenger, which may ask you to log in. Sales and quote requests go through a form that opens your own email app with the details prepared. Quote the 15-character number and the latest status in your first message.

The card below explains what it means when a lookup finds no record.
The tracker prints each scan's status exactly as the carrier's system sends it, so this guide lists no status wording.
The page prints it, linked to its contact section, when the reply carries no current status. TrackParcel has nothing to copy there, so it uses the status of the latest visible scan; if no scan is visible either, the number is reported not found.
No. The tracker page prints a Consignee name row and can add a Reference note to a scan, but TrackParcel never reads either, because both can identify people. What you get is each scan's status, date, time and description.
Courier tracking across registered integrations in one place.
Track shipments from India Post, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ekart/Flipkart, Shadowfax and more from a single search bar.
Recent results use a short-lived cache for speed; uncached lookups fetch from the carrier and may take longer.
Just enter your tracking number. No account, no OTP, no friction - ever.
Responsive layouts and a focused tracking flow built for the phones most visitors use.
Select a carrier and enter the reference printed on the label or booking confirmation.
TrackParcel displays the status and scan history returned by the selected carrier, with cache state shown clearly.
New searches use a private POST request and never place the parcel identifier in the result URL.
