Maersk Pilot Freight's tracker, now under the Maersk Ground Freight name, finds a shipment by its 9-digit pro-number. TrackParcel lists each scan but skips appointment entries when it picks the status. No login required.

TrackParcel has confirmed that Maersk Pilot Freight's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
On your booking forms. Maersk's tracker explains that a pro-number is a unique number made up of 9 digits, printed there. TrackParcel sends exactly 9 digits once spaces and hyphens are gone, so leave off any typed PRO prefix, which is not stripped. Auto-Detect will not suggest it, so select Maersk Pilot Freight by hand.
It is Maersk's reply, under code ERROR_102, for a PRO with no public record. TrackParcel turns that into a not-found result. Maersk's own page puts it as finding no pro-numbers or reference numbers on public track, so recheck all nine digits against the booking form.
Because Maersk's own page never uses it as the headline. That page lists Appointment Scheduled among the scans, coloured as a warning, and takes the headline from the first listed scan of any other kind. TrackParcel keeps the appointment in the history but shows the newest other scan, such as In Transit, unless every scan is an appointment.
A latest scan worded Delivered, or one bearing Maersk's DEL code with a real proof-of-delivery time. A DEL scan whose wording reports a failed or pending delivery does not count. The delivery date and time then come from that scan.
TrackParcel reads a time sent without an offset as US Eastern time and shifts each scan time into IST, marked IST. Since the zone is an assumption, a terminal stamping its own local clock elsewhere in the US could be shown at the wrong hour.
Pilot Freight Services' old tracking address on pilotdelivers.com now opens Maersk's tracker, where this search type is called Ground Freight. Maersk's about page calls the business a subsidiary of Maersk and a full-service global transportation and logistics company, and its contact page says the site is now part of Maersk.com under the Maersk Ground Freight name.
This guide explains the public Ground Freight lookup by pro-number. The same Maersk site has separate searches for ocean containers, air cargo and LCL shipments, none of which TrackParcel queries for this carrier.
Maersk's Ground Freight search box asks for pro-numbers or references, with help text stating that a pro-number contains 9 digits. TrackParcel sends Maersk only a nine-digit number, so references in other shapes are never looked up.
TrackParcel's search box capitalises the entry and removes any spacing, hyphens, dots or slashes, yet a typed PRO label survives and makes the entry fail. Auto-Detect does not offer Maersk Pilot Freight for a nine-digit number, so pick it from the courier list.
TrackParcel reads the same Ground Freight record that Maersk's tracking page loads. Each scan keeps Maersk's title-case description, its date and time, and a place made of city, state and country. Origin comes from wherever the PU scan happened and destination from the DEL scan, while the first line item's weight appears in pounds.
Rows dated with the placeholder year 0001 or lacking a description are skipped. Stamps with no offset are read on US Eastern time and then given in IST; one that carries an offset keeps it. Personal details are never read: shipper, consignee and signer names, postal codes, goods descriptions, contact phones and emails, and the delivery image link.
For a PRO it does not know, Maersk's tracking service returns error ERROR_102 with the words NO TRACKING INFO FOUND, and TrackParcel shows not found. Any other error code, a maintenance page or a reply that is not data is treated as Maersk being unavailable rather than as a lost PRO.
When the digits agree with the booking form and Maersk's own tracker also finds nothing, ask whoever booked the freight to confirm the PRO. Maersk's Request Information form has a tracking topic for shipment questions.
Maersk's quote form lists four home-delivery tiers, starting with Basic Home Delivery, beside air priority, air consolidation and ocean options. Its service menu names contract logistics, multi-client warehousing, transborder service to Canada and Mexico, and truckload and customs brokerage.
Maersk's contact page sends shipment questions to its National Customer Service department, which it says is open around the clock every day of the year, and to a Request Information form. The form covers a shipment not picked up, tracking, arranging or missing delivery, BOL and POD copies and loss or damage claims. It asks for the shipment number and says an origin or destination ZIP or customer number speeds the request.

Maersk Pilot Freight's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
The five scan names above come from Maersk's tracking page script for Ground Freight. No real shipment has confirmed these names yet, so other wordings may appear.
No. Maersk's record can hold the signer's name and a link to the delivery image, and its own page has a Signed By column, neither of which TrackParcel ever reads. For a proof-of-delivery copy, choose the BOL/POD topic on Maersk's Request Information form.
No. Maersk's page accepts several nine-digit PROs split by commas; TrackParcel removes the commas and joins them into one long number, which it then refuses without asking Maersk. Look up each PRO on its own.
Maersk's page shows the first line item's pieces, weight in pounds and dimensions in inches. TrackParcel shows only that weight, when it is above zero, and leaves out pieces and dimensions.
