Kuwait Post items are tracked on the Ministry of Communications' Shipment Tracking Service, which takes a 13-character UPU item number and groups an item's scans by the country that recorded them. No login required.

TrackParcel has confirmed that Kuwait Post's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
A UPU item number: two letters, nine digits and two more letters, 13 characters in all. The ministry's form itself only refuses an empty box, saying Tracking number is required. The rows it lists can belong to items from other posts, so TrackParcel does not insist that the last two letters are KW.
It is the ministry page's message when the service holds no record of the number, and TrackParcel then reports the item as not found. Check all 13 characters again. The page's other failure message, Tracking number is invalid, is never treated as not found, because it was not seen for a correctly shaped number.
The service attaches no zone to its stamps, which TrackParcel takes as Kuwait time, UTC+3, converting them to IST with the label IST. So 08:00 on a stamp appears as 10:30 am IST. IPS stamps follow the clock of whichever office did the scan, so a foreign scan lands in IST shifted by that country's gap from Kuwait.
On the ministry's page, Extra Information holds the name of the person who signed for the item. TrackParcel never reads that name or the signature image the service keeps, so neither appears in its result. Ask the ministry itself for proof of who received an item.
The Ministry of Communications describes itself as the government body overseeing Kuwait's communications sector, postal services included, and it lists a Post Sector among its office sectors. Its website carries the Shipment Tracking Service, a form with one Tracking Number box and a Query button, and that form is the one TrackParcel asks.
TrackParcel keeps the service's genuine no-record answers on file but has not yet followed a real Kuwait Post parcel through it. So the fields below are the ones the ministry's own page reads, and nothing here describes a delivered history.
Kuwait Post items are followed by UPU item numbers of two letters, nine digits and two letters. The ministry's form has a single Tracking Number box and rejects only an empty one. Because the service lists items from other posts too, TrackParcel does not insist on a KW ending, and it does not test a check digit.
TrackParcel's search box tidies a paste first, dropping an AWB: label, brackets, spaces, hyphens and dots and switching letters to capitals. Should the tidied number, 13 letters and digits long, not follow the two-nine-two layout, it is reported as not found and the ministry is never asked. Auto-Detect leaves Kuwait Post out for foreign endings such as CN, so choose Kuwait Post yourself then.
For each scan, TrackParcel keeps the event name the service sends, which follows UPU IPS naming, with the office, city and country and a date and time. Where the service names a next office, the scan carries a Next office remark. The page sorts scans into country groups; TrackParcel merges them into a single newest-first timeline, naming the first row's country as origin and the last row's as destination, just as the page does.
The page's Mail Category and Transport Mode fields are not carried over, and neither is the signer's name or signature. A row lacking an event name or a date is dropped, and the rest of the item still shows.
For a number the service has no record of, the page shows No data found for the given tracking ID, and of the service's replies, TrackParcel reads only that one as not found. A maintenance or block page is reported as the tracker being unavailable. Other failure answers end as an outage or an error message, not as a missing item.
When a carefully typed number still draws a blank, get the sender to check all 13 characters. No genuine Kuwait Post history has reached TrackParcel yet, so it cannot say how soon a newly posted item shows its first scan.
The ministry's Contact Us page gives its address as Liberation Tower, with a phone line and an email address for the Public Relations Directorate. For a fault in the ministry's electronic portal, it points to the Information Systems Center Administration on WhatsApp.
Confirmation of who signed for an item rests with the ministry, because TrackParcel withholds that name. Quote the full 13-character number in any message.

The card below explains what it means when a lookup finds no record.
No Kuwait Post status cards are shown: no real Kuwait Post history is on file yet, and the ministry's page publishes no list of event names. A result shows each scan's event name as the service sends it.
Yes. The Shipment Tracking Service sits on the ministry's own website, and the ministry lists a Post Sector among its office sectors. Besides Kuwait Post, a TrackParcel search also matches MOC Kuwait, Kuwait Ministry of Communications and البريد الكويتي.
It repeats the field the ministry's page labels Next Office, naming where the item heads after that scan. TrackParcel prints it beneath the scan as Next office, followed by that office's name, and leaves the line out when the service gives no next office.
The service returns an item's scans grouped by country, so an item posted abroad can show rows from the sending country as well as Kuwait's. TrackParcel keeps every group in one timeline, with origin and destination taken from the countries of the first and last rows the service lists.

Track shipments from India Post, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ekart/Flipkart, Shadowfax and more from a single search bar.
Recent results use a short-lived cache for speed; uncached lookups fetch from the carrier and may take longer.
