TrackParcel has confirmed that Yanwen Express's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
It is YW, a three-letter station code and 12 digits: 17 characters in all. Yanwen's published example uses the station code HOU. TrackParcel drops spaces, dashes and a pasted label such as AWB: before checking that shape, and accepts lower-case letters. Auto-Detect offers Yanwen Express for it.
Yanwen's tracker sent the label back with no scans at all. Its page prints NOT_FOUND and five possible causes beneath it, and TrackParcel reports that same reply as not found. Should Yanwen send back something other than its JSON, such as a maintenance notice, the result says Yanwen is unavailable rather than that the label is missing.
Yanwen's page files each label under Awaiting, Transit, Delivered, Alert or Returned by the category of its newest scan. TrackParcel does not show the tab name but the newest scan's message, with three exceptions. It shows Delivered for a delivered-tab scan, or any scan whose message says it was delivered, unless it reports a failed attempt or out for delivery; Out for Delivery when the scan says so; and Returned to Origin for a return that reached the sender.
Yanwen's page shows view receipt only beside a delivered scan, and asks for the recipient's postal code before it shows the receipt. TrackParcel never requests that receipt, the driver's map position or the delivery-time estimate the page loads for parcels in transit. Recipients can open it on Yanwen's tracking page.
Each Yanwen scan carries an exact moment plus its own UTC offset. Yanwen's page prints the time at that offset with a GMT tag. TrackParcel keeps the offset, puts the scans in true order and shows each converted to IST, labelled IST, so the hour and even the date can differ. A scan without a readable offset is read as UTC.
Yanwen Express says it handles last-mile delivery across the United States through Delivery Service Partner networks, and that it tailors delivery for large e-commerce companies, local retailers and growing marketplaces. The tracker TrackParcel follows is the one on yanwenexpress.com, and it answers for Yanwen Express US labels.
Parcels on Yanwen's separate tracker in China are outside this page, since TrackParcel never queries it. Only numbers in the YW label shape are sent to Yanwen Express from here.
A Yanwen Express label is YW, then three letters for a station, then 12 digits. Yanwen's own tracking page checks no shape and takes up to 30 labels in one search.
TrackParcel's search box first strips a pasted label such as AWB:, enclosing brackets, and spaces, dashes or dots inside the number, then capitalises it. Only when YW, three letters and 12 digits remain is the label sent to Yanwen Express, one per search; any other string of up to 50 letters and digits entered under this carrier is reported as not found without a lookup. Auto-Detect lists Yanwen Express for this shape.
Each request TrackParcel makes to Yanwen carries a single label, sent to the same tracker Yanwen's own page calls. For each scan it keeps the message, the city and state, and the time, and leaves every other location field unread.
Yanwen sends scans newest first; TrackParcel re-sorts them by their exact moment, keeping Yanwen's order for ties, and skips a scan with no message or no readable time. The result gives no origin or destination, as the tracker sends only scans, and the oldest scan supplies the pickup date.
For a label it holds no scans for, Yanwen's tracker returns just the number, and an empty scan list looks the same on its page. TrackParcel treats both as not found.
Under NOT_FOUND the page suggests the carrier may not have accepted or scanned the parcel yet, the number may be incorrect or invalid, or the item may have been posted too long ago. Check all 17 characters first; if they match, the sender who created the label can confirm whether Yanwen has the parcel.
Yanwen's contact page gives a customer support email address and phone line, while the FAQs beside them speak to Delivery Service Partners, not recipients. The delivery receipt is Yanwen's to show: its tracking page offers it beside a delivered scan once the recipient's postal code is entered. Have the full YW label number ready when you get in touch.

Yanwen Express's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
These two cards are two of the five status tabs (beside All) on Yanwen's tracking page. Awaiting, Transit and Alert get none: TrackParcel never shows those tab names, only the newest scan's own message or its own Delivered, Out for Delivery or Returned to Origin, and no real Yanwen Express label has been published to read those messages from.
No. Yanwen's tracker in China needs a signed request, so TrackParcel does not use it, and this page sends Yanwen Express only labels in the YW shape for its US deliveries. Another string of letters and digits, 50 at most, gets a not-found result under Yanwen Express, with no lookup made.
On Yanwen's own page, yes: it takes up to 30 labels in one search. TrackParcel looks up one label per search. Two labels pasted together never reach Yanwen: the joined string is no longer the 17-character YW shape, so the result is not found.
Yanwen Express says its last-mile service runs on Delivery Service Partner networks across the United States. Whoever drives the final leg, TrackParcel shows only what Yanwen's own tracker reports for the YW label, and Yanwen's contact page remains the route for questions.
