Track an OSM Worldwide parcel by its 22-digit number. The expeditor sorts and moves parcels through its own network before a last mile partner delivers them, so the first event can appear before it has the parcel. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of OSM Worldwide. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official OSM Worldwide website.

Pattern: 22 digits, numbers only

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
Only numbers in one verified series, and it lists Hermes Einrichtungs-Service beside them. Other 22-digit numbers bring up Hermes Einrichtungs-Service alone, except one CTT Express series, where CTT Express comes first. For a number outside the verified series, choose OSM Worldwide by hand; TrackParcel then asks the Track a Package tracker, and an unknown number comes back as not found.
OSM says it usually means a shipping label exists but the package has not yet been transferred to it for processing. Give tracking a day or two to appear, its FAQ suggests, then ask the retailer or merchant if the message stays. TrackParcel reports such a number as not found.
Not necessarily: the event is generated automatically when the shipping label is created and uploaded into OSM's system. It tells the online seller that the shipment is progressing, but the expeditor may not yet hold the physical package. TrackParcel's badge still shows the event amber, as movement.
Early scans such as Arrived at OSM facility and Departed OSM facility come from OSM's network. Later events like Package accepted at courier partner, Package processed by courier partner and Package out for delivery come from the partner that delivers the parcel.
Because updates can pause while the package passes to the last mile partner, the FAQ explains. They resume once the partner scans it. If there is still no update after several days, it points you to the retailer or merchant, who can work with the partner directly to investigate.
One Stop Mailing LLC, doing business as OSM Worldwide, describes itself as an eCommerce parcel expeditor shipping for businesses. It says it neither delivers to the door nor sells goods to consumers: it processes and transports packages, then hands them to a last mile partner. Its about page names the US Postal Service as a partner and lists processing facilities in Chicago, York in Pennsylvania, Las Vegas, Atlanta and Dallas. TrackParcel reads the expeditor's own Track a Package tracker, not the partner's system.
The number exists before OSM has the parcel: its FAQ ties the Picked Up by Shipping Partner event to the label being created and uploaded. The expeditor sells no goods, so for an order, a subscription or an unexpected parcel, ask the retailer or merchant named on the label or order documents.
TrackParcel has no format check of its own for this carrier. The search box strips spaces, hyphens and a pasted label from a 22-digit OSM number, and any entry of up to 50 letters and digits is then sent unchecked, so a mistyped one still reaches OSM, whose answer decides.
TrackParcel reads the tracker behind the Track a Package page. Each event keeps its description, date, time and location, with OSM's event code shown beneath it as a remark, newest first. Events arriving without a description or a timestamp are left out.
Only the date, hours and minutes of each timestamp are kept, with no zone, so the timeline shows the clock as sent, unconverted and without an IST label. The status line is the current description, or Delivered once the status code is OSM01 or the newest event reads as a delivery. A destination appears only after delivery.
TrackParcel reports the number as not found when OSM answers that the package was not found, or returns a record with no events. An unreadable answer is reported as the tracker being unavailable, not as a missing parcel.
The FAQ links its “tracking ID not found” message to a label that exists before the package reaches the expeditor. When the message persists, the retailer or merchant is the one to ask, since it holds the order and hands the parcel over.
Once the final mile partner has the parcel, that carrier may add events in its own system. Tracking stays available on the Track a Package page until final delivery, whichever partner completes it, so the same 22-digit number keeps working here.
The FAQ sends delays, damaged parcels, missing or wrong items and subscription changes to the retailer or merchant you bought from. Redelivery and package holds are, in most cases, arranged with the last mile partner. Otherwise, the contact page lists an email link for general enquiries.

One Stop Mailing LLC is the company that does business as OSM Worldwide. It does not sell products or ship directly to consumers, so for a parcel you did not order, contact the retailer or merchant on the label, return address or order documents.
No: the FAQ says it does not manage customs duties, taxes or import fees for international shipments. If an international post office holds a parcel and asks you for payment, it sends you to the retailer or merchant for guidance.
Not through the expeditor: for security and to prevent potential theft, its tracking page says address changes must be processed or approved by the retailer or merchant. Where available, delivery instructions can be updated on the Track a Package page.
They can: the Track a Package page links the latest USPS operational updates that could affect deliveries, and the about page names the US Postal Service as a partner. Check them if tracking stalls after the hand-over.
