About Janio.

TrackParcel has confirmed that Janio's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.

What does Order Info Received mean on Janio tracking?

The seller has registered the order with Janio and a tracking number exists, but Janio has not picked the parcel up yet. If the status stays there for several days, ask the seller whether the parcel has been handed over.

Who delivers a Janio parcel in my country?

A local courier that Janio partners with for the destination country. Janio's updates continue through the last mile, but the driver who arrives works for the local partner. Use the Janio number when contacting the seller, who can raise a query with Janio.

Why is my Janio parcel held at customs?

Cross-border parcels are cleared in the destination country, and clearance can pause for duties, taxes or missing recipient details. Indonesia, for example, asks for a tax ID or identity number on many imports. The seller or Janio contacts the recipient when something is needed.

Janio shows no data for my tracking number. Why?

The number has not been registered yet or was mistyped. Sellers sometimes send the number before uploading the order to Janio, so try again after a day and check it against the shipping message.

Janio Tracking – Complete Guide

Janio is a Singapore-based cross-border logistics company that moves ecommerce parcels between countries in Southeast Asia and into the region from abroad. It manages the whole journey for the seller: pickup, export, the international leg, customs clearance and handover to a local delivery partner in the destination country. Its tracker shows a timeline of updates. Each update has a status, which Janio writes as a short phrase such as Order Info Received, sometimes a line or two of explanation, the time, and a location made up of an address and the destination country. Order Info Received only means the seller has sent Janio the order details. The parcel is moving once later updates appear, and Janio's tracker marks the timeline complete when the newest status is Success.

Janio tracking begins with the reference printed on the shipment label, booking receipt, or dispatch message. The registered format guidance for this integration is Janio tracking number from the seller's shipping message; JN1234567890 is an illustrative example rather than an active parcel. Enter the reference exactly as issued, including letters, leading zeroes, spaces, or punctuation when they form part of the number.

TrackParcel sends the lookup to the public tracking transport associated with Janio and normalises the response into a readable timeline. When the carrier supplies them, the result can include the current shipment state, event timestamps, processing locations, and carrier remarks. The carrier creates and controls those scans; TrackParcel cannot add a missing event or promise when the next scan will appear. A recent successful response may be returned from a short-lived cache to reduce repeat requests.

Janio uses its own shipment references and scan process. The safest source is the dispatch confirmation, label, or receipt issued for that shipment. Similar-looking numeric references can belong to other couriers, so selecting Janio explicitly avoids an ambiguous format match.

If Janio returns no shipment, first compare the reference with the original message and remove accidental surrounding spaces. A newly created label may not be searchable until the first physical scan. Delays between events can also occur while a shipment moves between facilities, crosses a border, clears customs, or waits for a partner-carrier handoff. Try again later, then use the official Janio tracking page linked below when the shipment is urgent or the result remains unavailable.

What Janio tracking statuses mean

Janio may word these differently. The event text in your result is the carrier's own.

Booked / Shipment created
The sender has registered the shipment. The courier may not have the parcel yet.
Picked up
The courier has collected the parcel from the sender.
In transit
The parcel is moving between the courier's facilities. Gaps between scans are normal on long routes.
Arrived at hub / destination
Scanned at a sorting hub or the delivery branch. It is not with a delivery agent yet.
Out for delivery
A delivery agent has the parcel and will attempt delivery, usually the same day.
Delivery attempted / Undelivered
An attempt failed. Couriers normally try again; contact the courier to correct the address or agree a time.
Delivered
The courier has recorded the handover. If you do not have the parcel, raise it with the courier and the seller straight away.
RTO / Returned
Return to origin: the parcel is on its way back to the sender.

Janio FAQ

How do I track a Janio parcel?

Enter your Janio tracking number in the search box above. TrackParcel requests the current status and available events from the carrier's tracking system.

What does a Janio tracking number look like?

A sample Janio reference is JN1234567890. Registered format guidance is Janio tracking number from the seller's shipping message. The exact format can vary by shipment service, so use the value printed on the receipt or shipping confirmation.

Why is my Janio tracking not updating?

Carriers only add scans when a parcel is processed at a facility. A newly booked parcel or a shipment moving between hubs can show no new event for a while.

Is Janio tracking free?

Yes. TrackParcel tracking is free and does not require an account or sign-in.

Is TrackParcel the official Janio website?

No. TrackParcel is an independent multi-carrier tracking service. Janio remains the authority for shipment scans, delivery commitments, claims, and proof of delivery; use the official carrier link on this page when you need carrier support.
