CTT Express Tracking. Free & Online.

CTT Express says it began operating as an Iberian express parcel company at the end of 2019 and has belonged to Grupo CTT, the Portuguese postal and parcel operator, since 2005. It delivers across Spain and Portugal and runs a network of Collectt Express pickup points in both countries.

This page covers shipments with a CTT Express shipping code, read from the courier's own tracking service. TrackParcel keeps the Spanish event names as written, so the status cards below explain them.

CTT Express's home page asks for the código de envío in its Seguimiento de envíos box and prints a 22-digit example beneath it; its help pages call the same code the número de envío. The code also opens the page where a delivery address or date can be changed, after you enter the recipient's details.

Pasted extras such as an AWB: label, brackets, spaces, hyphens, dots or slashes are dropped by TrackParcel's search box first. Auto-Detect offers CTT Express, beside Hermes Einrichtungs-Service, for one series of 22-digit codes only; for any other code, select CTT Express by hand.

The shipment record from CTT Express's own tracking service gives TrackParcel the origin and destination town, or the province when no town is given, and the weight in kilograms: the final weight if there is one, otherwise the declared weight. While the parcel is on its way, the committed delivery date, when given, appears as Expected by.

Each event keeps its Spanish description, and an incident type, when one is recorded, appears as a remark beneath it. Events carry no place on TrackParcel and are listed newest first, with times converted to IST. The result turns to Delivered once the latest event has the courier's delivery code or its description reads as a delivery.

CTT Express has no published wording for an unknown code. TrackParcel reports not found when the reply holds no shipment, or a shipment without events; an empty or invalid reply instead counts as the courier being unavailable.

If the agreed date has passed without delivery, CTT Express's help suggests the shipment may have an incident. Check the latest event, then use its incidents form for anything the tracker cannot resolve, and ask the sender to confirm the code if nothing appears at all.

CTT Express can redirect a parcel to a Collectt Express point free of charge if it is a single package of at most 20 kg, its sides add up to under 160 cm with none over 60 cm, and it has no cash-on-delivery or return service. The collection PIN arrives by email and SMS when the status reads Disponible en el punto Collectt Express, and the parcel can be picked up during the following 10 days.

CTT Express counts a shipment as delayed when it misses its estimated time, and treats weekends and public holidays as non-working days. Its help adds that weather and busy periods such as Christmas can need extra time, taken so that parcels arrive safely and correctly.

Only CTT Express can change a delivery, open a claim file or trace a parcel marked Entregado that never arrived. Report damage through its incidents form no later than 7 calendar days after receipt, saying whether the outer packaging, the contents or both are affected. Photograph the parcel before unpacking it and keep the labels, along with the shipping code.
