Track Thailand Post EMS and registered items by their number ending in TH. Each scan names the post office or mail centre, while Courier Post items have a separate tracker that TrackParcel does not read. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of Thailand Post. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official Thailand Post website.

Numbers tracked on Thailand Post's Track & Trace site, which its homepage links for EMS and registered mail. They follow the UPU format of two letters, nine digits and TH, and EMS items start with E. Courier Post items have their own, separately linked tracker.
Compare both pairs of letters and the nine digits first. TrackParcel calls a number not found only when Thailand Post's reply has no events for it. For a Courier Post item, also try the separate Courier Post tracker linked from the homepage.
The delivering post office called the recipient, usually to arrange delivery. The phone number is partly masked. It is normally followed by Out for delivery or Successful delivery. Thailand Post records it when the carrier phones the recipient before delivery, and it is not a failed delivery.
The parcel has reached a regional sorting centre, such as Hat Yai for the south. From there it is sent to the post office that delivers the address. TrackParcel shows the centre's name as the place of that scan, with its postcode in front when Thailand Post gives one.
Thailand Post can record one item's weight in different units on different scans, a whole number on one and a fraction on another. TrackParcel reads whole numbers as grams and fractions as kilograms, prefers grams, and shows grams. A weight of zero means none was recorded, so none is shown.
Thailand Post's homepage sends EMS and registered-mail tracking, and downloads of cash-on-delivery payment proof, to its Track & Trace site, which its domestic EMS page says also works as a smartphone app. TrackParcel reads that Track & Trace service. It does not read the separate Courier Post tracker the homepage links, on a DHL host.
Thailand Post uses UPU numbers ending in TH, and each event names the post office or mail centre, often with its five-digit postcode. A domestic parcel is recorded at Posting/Collection, departs toward the destination, passes through a regional mail centre such as Hat Yai, arrives at the destination post office, and goes out for delivery.
Enter the number Thailand Post gave for an EMS or registered item. A Courier Post reference belongs on the tracker Thailand Post links for that service, because TrackParcel reads only Track & Trace.
For a Thailand Post number, what you type is capitalised and loses a pasted label such as AWB:, brackets around the number and any spaces, hyphens, dots or slashes. TrackParcel has no Thailand Post shape check, so at most 50 plain Latin letters and digits are sent as they are, while Thai text or a + sign left in gets the number refused as invalid. Auto-Detect lists Thailand Post for two letters, nine digits and TH after India Post, or first when the number starts with X; picking it by hand sends one lookup.
TrackParcel reads Thailand Post's Track & Trace service. Each event shows the detail line as its activity, the postcode and office name as its place, and the status name, with any remark, as the event's note. The newest event comes first, and the result gives origin and destination as country codes.
TrackParcel reads Thailand Post's times as Thai time (+07:00) and shows them converted to IST, labelled IST, so each scan reads 90 minutes earlier than the carrier's clock. When the newest event marks the item delivered, the headline reads Delivered and the delivery date and time come from that event, also in IST. Otherwise the headline is the newest event's status name.
If Thailand Post's reply holds no events for the number, TrackParcel reports not found with its own message. A reply that cannot be read, or whose events lack a time or a description, ends in an error, which says nothing about whether the item exists. Confirm the number and the service with the sender before contacting Thailand Post.
Thailand Post's domestic EMS page says its delivery standard does not cover areas served by licensed post offices, such as remote areas, valleys and islands, where delivery can be later. It adds that emergencies or disasters can affect delivery in some areas. An EMS item posted after 16.00 counts as accepted the following day.
Thailand Post's FAQ sends reports of lost or damaged items to the Contact Us menu on its website, under the investigation and complaints option. For an item that has not arrived on the expected date, it names the THP Contact Center and the general enquiries option of the same menu.

Thailand Post's FAQ names three reasons: the address is unclear, the recipient's name is wrong, or nobody is at home. A Contact addressee event is not one of them; it records a call to the recipient before delivery.
Through a wallet app that Thailand Post's FAQ tells COD users to download: the sender receives the COD transfer there once the item has reached the recipient and been paid for. The recipient can pay in cash, by mobile banking or through that app, where the sender also changes the COD account details.
Up to 30 kg per piece, its domestic EMS page says, with length, width and height adding up to no more than 120 cm and the longest side no more than 60 cm. Items up to 240 cm combined are accepted if the post office is told first.
