TrackParcel has confirmed that U-speedex's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
The order or waybill reference the seller or U-speedex gave you; U-speedex sets no fixed pattern for it. The Order Query box accepts as many as 40 references, a line each, while TrackParcel checks one per search. After stripping spaces, hyphens and similar separators, TrackParcel sends 5 to 40 letters and digits to the order system (a few shapes keep a hyphen). You must select U-speedex by hand, since Auto-Detect never proposes it.
They are the order statuses on U-speedex's English page, alongside Unknown; the Chinese page writes them 已打单, 已取消, 已签收 and 已退货. TrackParcel shows Signed (已签收) as Delivered. A cancelled or returned order keeps its own status and is never called delivered, while a printed or unknown order follows its newest trace.
The order exists but has no dated trace yet, so the English page prints No tracking details. TrackParcel then falls back on the latest trace stored with the order and, failing that, on the order status. A known order with neither a status nor a trace is reported as not found.
Its order system found nothing under that reference. The English page then calls the order number incorrect and asks you to check and search again. TrackParcel reports this as not found and never asks for traces. Compare the reference with the seller's message, letter by letter and digit by digit.
When a trace time carries no offset, TrackParcel treats it as China time and displays the IST equivalent. A date without a year keeps U-speedex's own text, with no year guessed, and a time carrying its own offset is read in that offset.
U-speedex says it was founded in 2015, has its headquarters in Hong Kong and is a sister company of the Unitex (汇利达) group. Its Chinese About page presents reverse logistics, the handling of returns for cross-border sellers, as its speciality.
TrackParcel reads the Order Query page (订单查询) on u-speedex.com. The return-booking and return-enquiry links in the site's menu open separate uspreturn.com sites, which TrackParcel does not look up.
U-speedex's Order Query box asks for order numbers, up to 40 at a time, one per line. Its result card shows the order number, status, route and latest trace, with the full trace list loading when you open the card.
TrackParcel takes one reference per search. The search box clears out spaces, hyphens, dots and other separators and upper-cases letters, and a lookup goes out only for 5 to 40 letters and digits, with a hyphen where one of a few shapes keeps it. A shorter reference, or one of 41 to 50 characters, stays on TrackParcel's side and is answered as not found. Because no number shape belongs to U-speedex alone, Auto-Detect never offers it.
TrackParcel first asks U-speedex's order system about the reference, then fetches the traces of the order's international waybill, while the page itself loads its trace list when you open a card. It shows the sending and receiving countries, then each trace's time, place text and description, newest first, with the page's status line beside it.
Buyer and seller names and the goods list are never read. Trace text loses the name after a Chinese signer, receiver or courier label such as 签收人 when a colon or 【】 follows, and the words after Signed, Received or Collected by. It also loses a number following 电话, 手机, Tel, Phone or Mobile with only a colon or spaces between. If the trace request fails after the order was found, TrackParcel still shows the order's status from the first step.
U-speedex's order system answers an unknown reference with an empty record, and its page then says the order number is incorrect and asks you to check and search again. Of U-speedex's replies, that empty record is one of two that become not found at TrackParcel; a different reply code or a page it cannot read means U-speedex is down, not that the order is missing.
A reference from another courier fails the same way as a mistyped one, so check it against the seller's message. A known order that has neither a status nor a trace is also reported as not found.
U-speedex's order card names the carrier, the shipping method or the carrier's waybill for an order, and shows Unknown when none is given. TrackParcel shows none of these, so ask the seller which carrier has the parcel and use that carrier's own number for the last leg.
U-speedex's pages link About Us and Contact Us (联系我们), and the footer adds a business enquiry entry (业务咨询). Only U-speedex or the seller can say whether a returned item was relisted, disposed of or shipped back. Have the order or waybill reference ready.

Yes. The Chinese site calls the company 优时派, its English pages say U-Speed, as in About U-Speed, and TrackParcel's list uses U-speedex, the name in its web address. All three point to one Order Query.
Its Chinese About page says it receives returns in overseas warehouses, inspects and refurbishes items, relabels them for resale, and destroys or ships back to Hong Kong what cannot be relisted. For a returned item's fate, ask the seller.
U-speedex says it has three branches and three warehouses of its own in mainland China, five overseas companies, in Israel, Turkey, the United States, Dubai and the Netherlands, and 26 overseas returns warehouses.
Its site lists returns handling for eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Shein and Temu sellers, and names AliExpress, TikTok and Noon among its clients' platforms too. TrackParcel tracks only references the Order Query knows.
