TrackParcel has confirmed that UBI SmartParcel's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
Enter the tracking number the sender gave you. For a number it sends to UBI, TrackParcel requires eight to forty letters and digits, once a pasted label, spaces and most dashes are dropped. Auto-Detect never suggests UBI SmartParcel, because no real number has been seen, so choose it from the carrier list by hand before searching.
UBI holds no events under that number. Its answer lists the number as unknown, its own page prints that line, and the result on TrackParcel is not found. A parcel UBI knows but whose history is still empty gets the same result. Confirm every character with the sender before searching again.
UBI's tracker answer has a local time-zone field on every event. TrackParcel uses an offset written in the stamp, or that zone when it is a region such as Australia/Sydney, and shows the moment converted to IST. An abbreviation like AEST cannot be read, so the time is taken as China time and AEST kept as a note.
Once the newest event reports a delivery or carries UBI's delivery code, DLD. TrackParcel holds a DLD event back from Delivered only when it reads the wording as a failed attempt ("Delivery failed"), out for delivery ("With driver for delivery") or a completed return ("Returned to sender"); other wording, "Out with driver" included, still shows Delivered. Until then the status line shows the latest event's own wording, or Out for Delivery once that wording says the parcel is out for delivery.
Either its stamp was written in a style TrackParcel does not read, or the row had no description. UBI's date style has never been seen in a real answer, so only stamps that start with the year or spell out the month are used. A row written another way, or one without a description, is skipped and the rest are sorted by time. If no row can be dated, the search ends in an error, not a not-found.
UBI Smart Parcel describes itself as a cross-border e-commerce parcel network created by UBI Logistics together with dozens of logistics partners. Its site offers cross-border parcel services, overseas warehousing, regular ocean freight consolidation and UBI Air Freight E2E, and says parcels can be delivered to 206 countries and regions.
Parcels on the tracker behind the site's TRACKING menu are what this guide follows. A separate UBI Logistics website is linked beside it and is not tracked here.
UBI SmartParcel publishes no number format, so TrackParcel sends UBI only a number of eight to forty characters, each a plain letter or digit. Auto-Detect never proposes UBI for a shape, since no genuine UBI number has been seen; select UBI SmartParcel by hand.
Before the search is sent, TrackParcel trims a pasted label such as AWB:, wrapping brackets, spaces, and most hyphens and similar separators, and sends the letters as capitals. A comma disappears as well, so two pasted numbers would travel as one string; search each number on its own.
The tracker behind UBI's TRACKING link is a white-label page on WallTech's eTower platform, and TrackParcel asks it about one number per search. Each event comes with a description, a place, a time stamp and a local time zone, and the destination country appears as its two- or three-letter code.
An offset inside the stamp wins; otherwise the event's own zone is used when it names a region, and the time is shown converted to IST with an IST label. With no usable zone the time is read as China time, an assumption based on the operator's home, and an unreadable label such as AEST stays as a note under the event.
A number UBI does not know comes back in its list of missing numbers, the case in which UBI's own page prints No event found. TrackParcel reports that answer as not found, and does the same when UBI returns the parcel with an empty event list.
An error code, a maintenance page or an unreadable reply is treated by TrackParcel as UBI SmartParcel being temporarily unavailable, which is different from a not-found answer. As no format is published to check against, ask the shipper to confirm the full number.
UBI's cross-border parcel page groups its destinations under five regions, the Americas, Oceania, Europe, Asia and Africa, among them the US, Canada, Brazil, Australia, the UK, Germany, Poland, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Nigeria and Kenya. Every entry promises commercial customs clearance and full shipment tracking, and all but Japan, which takes general cargo only, also accept battery-included items.
UBI's Contact Us page lists contacts city by city across China, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Ningbo among them, plus one for Hong Kong, and its footer gives a service-quality complaint email address. The shop or sender that booked the parcel should hear from you first, with the full number and destination country to hand.

These are the six milestone titles on UBI's tracker page, in the page's order. No real UBI SmartParcel result has been seen, so how UBI words these events in practice is not on record.
Not quite. UBI Smart Parcel says UBI Logistics created it together with dozens of logistics partners, and the site links to UBI Logistics' own, separate website. This page follows parcels on the UBI Smart Parcel tracker only.
No. UBI's tracker answer can carry the last-mile carrier's own number and links to that carrier, but TrackParcel returns neither. For the local carrier's onward number, ask the shipper who booked the parcel.
UBI's cross-border parcel page lists battery-included items as accepted for every destination it shows except Japan, where only general cargo is listed. Ask the sender whether a given parcel went on that service.
