Track a YDH Express parcel by its waybill number. A single shipment's history may switch between Japanese and English, and the scan clocks carry no time zone. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of YDH Express. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official YDH Express website.

Tracking Number Format
Pattern: YDH, then 10 digits and 2 letters
Format example
YDH9876543210AB
Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
The letters YDH, ten digits, then a closing pair of letters; Auto-Detect then offers this carrier and no other. Upper or lower case both work, since the search box changes letters to capitals and drops spaces and hyphens. Auto-Detect never puts it forward for any other shape, so make the choice yourself before you search.
暂无记录 fills the single cell of the result table when the number has no record there, and TrackParcel answers with not found. Blank, error or maintenance pages are a different case: TrackParcel calls the carrier unavailable, and a later retry may succeed, because such a page tells nothing about that number either way.
The switch is in the carrier's wording itself, which TrackParcel passes on untranslated. In a real reply kept for TrackParcel's tests, a parcel for Germany read in Japanese from its first scan to 配達完了, with English hub and depot scans only on the last two days.
Not throughout. The stamps name no zone, and in the real reply the last-mile scans in Germany read 06:09 to 09:26, which fits local time there. TrackParcel therefore leaves each clock unconverted, keeps only hours and minutes and adds no zone label.
Origin comes from the earliest scan that carries a place, which was SHENZHEN in the real reply. Destination is the two-letter code printed after the page's Destination country label, kept without the country name beside it. The pickup date TrackParcel records is the first scan's date, and the result carries no weight or order reference.
YDH, written 义达跨境 on its Chinese site, says it was founded in 2005 and has its headquarters in Shanghai. It says it began with dedicated China–Japan lines and was among the earlier private firms in China to hold Japanese customs clearance qualification and a bonded warehouse.
This page follows express waybills through the firm's own tracking query page. Warehouse stock, freight bookings and sister brands such as 轶仓海外仓 are not looked up here.
According to the firm's FAQ, each express parcel carries a waybill, filled in by hand on paper or printed electronically once an account holder places an order online. Auto-Detect knows a single pattern for it, the prefix YDH with ten digits and two trailing letters, and puts this carrier forward alone; for every other shape, make the selection yourself.
Ahead of a lookup, the search box makes letters capitals and strips separators such as spaces and hyphens, except in a few shapes that keep their hyphen. The tracker is then asked only about an entry made of letters, digits or hyphens and between 6 and 40 characters long. Anything shorter, or 41 to 50 characters, comes back not found with no request sent; past 50 characters TrackParcel refuses the entry as invalid.
TrackParcel posts the English query form, just as a visitor submitting it would. Every scan keeps its date, an hours-and-minutes clock, a place code where one is given (SHENZHEN, HKG or LGG in the real reply) and its status text untouched, listed newest first. Rows repeated exactly are discarded, and so is a row missing its date or its status; in the real reply that left 18 of 22 rows.
The result's headline repeats the latest scan's text, except that delivery wording such as 配達完了 turns it into Delivered and 配達中 or 派送中 into Out for Delivery. The summary's inquiry-phone and transfer slots are left unread, and no recipient details appear.
An unknown number gets a result table whose only cell reads 暂无记录. Once a lookup has reached the tracker, that cell is the only reply that leads TrackParcel to say not found. Blank, error and maintenance pages, blocked requests and outages all make TrackParcel call the carrier unavailable. Should the table itself change shape, TrackParcel reports a lookup fault and draws no conclusion about the parcel.
TrackParcel gives up on a single request to the tracker after 12 seconds. When 暂无记录 keeps appearing for the number printed on your label, have the sender confirm it before you take it to YDH.
In the real reply kept for TrackParcel's tests, with its number replaced, a parcel for Germany went from SHENZHEN scans to 空港出発 at HKG, then 空港に到着 and 通関許可 at LGG. English hub and depot scans followed, then 配達中 and 配達完了, all under the same waybill number.
One YDH notice explains that parcels passed to Sagawa for delivery get Sagawa's scans fed back and displayed on its website. TrackParcel has no Sagawa page, so check that website for such deliveries.
Among the tracing routes YDH's FAQ lists are the query window on its website and a call to its customer service. Its site also lists contact details and an online message form, 线上留言, and its notices send questions to customer service or the reader's account manager. Have the full waybill number ready.

YDH Express's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
No. The English query box invites several numbers split by commas, yet TrackParcel handles a single number per lookup and its search box deletes commas before sending. Two of these numbers joined that way become one 30-character string: Auto-Detect does not suggest YDH Express for it, and if you choose the carrier yourself, the tracker receives the string as a single number.
Yes, provided it heads the timeline. 已签收 or 派送妥投 in the latest row gives a Delivered result dated from that row, whereas 未妥投 and 妥投失败 stay in the carrier's words and leave the delivery date empty.
The FAQ says every express parcel needs a waybill and that commercial express leaving China also needs a commercial invoice. Goods needing an export declaration must also come with customs papers, such as the formal declaration form.
