Track a SunYou Logistics parcel by its SunYou number, such as one in the YPJ series. Its Departed Sunyou Facility event can name the delivering carrier's own tracking number, which works on that carrier's tracker. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of SunYou. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official SunYou website.

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
Two digits, the letters YPJ, then 18 digits, 23 characters in all. Only that pattern brings SunYou up in Auto-Detect, so a number in any other form needs SunYou picked by hand. Lower-case letters are fine, since TrackParcel turns them into capitals before the request goes to sypost.net.
TrackParcel reports it as not found. For a number it has sent to sypost.net, that happens when the tracker answers normally yet holds no parcel under that number, or holds one without events. Any other reply status makes TrackParcel treat SunYou as unavailable instead, so trying again later can still work.
In the Departed Sunyou Facility event, where SunYou's English labels add Carrier Tracking Number followed by the number. The Departed SunYou Facility event often includes the last-mile carrier's own tracking number, which can then be used directly with that local carrier.
TrackParcel leaves them unconverted: it keeps each event's date, hours and minutes and attaches no time zone. The timeline then prints the clock given in the reply, without the IST label it gives converted times. Seconds are dropped from the display, yet two scans in the same second keep the later one on top.
SunYou Logistics runs sypost.net, whose English page is titled Sunyou Package Tracking. A typical route reads Pre-Shipment Info Sent to the destination, Acceptance, Departed SunYou Facility, then the origin port or airport, arrival at the destination country's airport, customs clearance, and Hand Over To Last Mile.
On this page TrackParcel reads the sypost.net history for a SunYou number. A number handed on for the final leg belongs to the delivering company, so look that one up with that company instead.
Auto-Detect knows one series, 23 characters long with YPJ after the first two digits, and names no other carrier for it. One digit more or fewer after YPJ, a third digit in front, or no digit pair at all, and the match is lost, so the carrier then has to be picked by hand.
A SunYou number of 50 letters and digits or fewer goes to sypost.net in capitals, and no further shape test applies. A Carrier Tracking Number from the history belongs on the delivering company's tracker instead.
The history comes from the tracker on sypost.net, requested in English. TrackParcel shows the origin and destination countries in the reply as its From and To rows. Each event keeps its office as the place and, where the reply has one, its event code as a remark.
SunYou sends the history oldest first; TrackParcel turns it round so the newest scan is on top. A latest line that counts as a delivery becomes Delivered, dated from the reply's last update; any other latest line is shown word for word as the status.
The tracker's English labels include Not Found and Please enter a valid number. For a number it has passed to sypost.net, TrackParcel gives a not-found result in just two cases: a normal reply with no matching parcel, or a matching parcel without events. Any other reply status is reported as SunYou being unavailable, and a reply it cannot read is reported as an error, so neither result means the number is wrong.
The English labels attach Carrier Tracking Number to Departed Sunyou Facility, and later ones include Hand Over To Last Mile and Arrived At The Processing Center Of The Last Mile Provider. After the hand-over, the scans that follow come from the delivering company's processing centre and delivery round. For that company's own detail, enter the number after Carrier Tracking Number on its tracker.
The tracking site lists two routes: a customer service hotline with its representatives, and email consultation, which it says it answers as soon as possible. Quote the full number, and any Carrier Tracking Number the history shows, when you write or call.

SunYou's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
On sypost.net, yes: its box asks for up to 100 numbers, one per line, and warns that numbers beyond 100 are ignored. Here you enter one number per search.
TrackParcel's badge does not read the Package Return labels as returns. Package Return, Reason: Incomplete Address Information counts as a failed attempt and stays grey, while other reasons, such as Intercepted or Overweight, keep the amber on-the-way badge. Only a line it recognises as a return, such as the plain Returned label, turns the badge red.
No. The English tracker labels include a Proof of Delivery link, but TrackParcel reads no proof-of-delivery field from SunYou's reply, so the TrackParcel result has no proof-of-delivery image or link. Open sypost.net for it where one is offered.
Its English labels include Translate and Target Language, and the site itself comes in languages from Simplified Chinese and Spanish to Thai and Arabic. TrackParcel asks for English wording, whichever language you choose on sypost.net.
