Post Aruba Tracking. Free & Online.

Post Aruba, which calls itself Aruba's national postal service, follows letters, parcels and ePost shipments by the number on the receipt or notification. Its U-Wana deliveries use a separate tracker, so this page covers postal items only. No login required.

About Post Aruba.

TrackParcel has confirmed that Post Aruba's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.

Which number goes into Post Aruba's Track & Trace box?

The tracking number from your receipt or notification, in the post's own words. For postal items that means two letters, nine digits and two letters, with AW at the end when the item was posted in Aruba. U-Wana deliveries, whose numbers the post shows starting UW, are followed on a separate form.

Post Aruba says “No information, please check your item identifier”: is my parcel lost?

Not necessarily: the IPS Web tracker simply holds nothing under that number, and TrackParcel reports not found. The track page on postaruba.com suggests checking the number and trying again, or contacting customer service. For a parcel posted in Aruba, the terms deem it lost if it cannot be delivered within two months of posting.

My parcel has arrived at Post Aruba: why is it not released yet?

Customs needs the invoices for what is inside, according to the Postal Packages page. After the arrival notification, you email the invoices to the address given there, and the parcel is ready for pickup two business days after they arrive.

How far can I rely on Post Aruba's tracking events?

As a guide rather than proof, by the post's own terms. They describe tracking as built from operational scanning events that may be delayed, incomplete or corrected. Where a signature service was bought, the recorded delivery scan or electronic signature counts as evidence of delivery at first sight.

Can TrackParcel follow a U-Wana delivery?

No, TrackParcel reads only the postal IPS Web tracker. The post gives U-Wana deliveries a separate form on its track page and manages them in the U-Wana app. For a number starting UW, use that form or the app, because TrackParcel would still send it to the postal tracker.

Post Aruba Tracking – Complete Guide

Post Aruba N.V. says it has been the island's national postal operator since 1892, working from two branches in Oranjestad and San Nicolas. The Track & Trace box on postaruba.com sends the number to IPS Web Tracking on cds.postaruba.com and opens the answer in a new tab; TrackParcel reads that same item page.

Post Aruba's Track Your Package page keeps two forms apart: postal tracking for letters, parcels, packages and ePost shipments, and a separate form for deliveries ordered through U-Wana. Only the postal side can be followed here.

The Post Aruba number on your receipt or notification

The post asks for the tracking number from your receipt or notification. TrackParcel passes its tracker only numbers of two letters, nine digits and two letters; items posted in Aruba end in AW, and for those Auto-Detect lists Post Aruba among its suggestions. A number with another country's ending can still be looked up by choosing this carrier yourself.

U-Wana numbers, shown on the site as UW, nine digits and AW, fit the same pattern, and Auto-Detect offers this carrier for them too. TrackParcel has no way to tell such a number from a postal one.

What cds.postaruba.com shows for an item

The Track & Trace box submits straight to the IPS Web item page on cds.postaruba.com, which TrackParcel also reads. IPS Web lists scans oldest first under Local Date and Time, Country, Location, Event Type, Mail Category, Next Office and Extra Information; TrackParcel shows them newest first, without names, addresses or phone numbers.

An unknown number gets “No information, please check your item identifier”, and as the page prints no time zone, TrackParcel gives every timed scan the post's home zone, even one recorded abroad. On cds.postaruba.com that zone is America/Aruba, and the result shows each such time converted to IST, labelled IST. With no real item from this post read so far, TrackParcel settles day-first or month-first dates page by page.

When Post Aruba's tracker finds nothing

For a number it sends to cds.postaruba.com, TrackParcel shows not found only on the tracker's no-information reply. The post's own track page advises checking the number and trying again, or contacting customer service.

A page from cds.postaruba.com with neither that reply nor any scans, from an empty page to a lone ITEM heading, counts as the tracker being down rather than the item being unknown. A number starting UW is better checked on the U-Wana form, which TrackParcel does not read.

Claims and customer service at Post Aruba

The post's terms set a claim deadline of six months after posting, for domestic and international items alike. Have the original receipt and the tracking number ready, and send the claim through the contact form on the Help & Support page or the claim form in your client portal.

Customer service can also be phoned. The Oranjestad office is open on weekdays from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM without a break.

What Post Aruba tracking statuses mean

Post Aruba's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.

Deliver item
IPS Web's delivery event: when newest, TrackParcel shows Delivered, its Aruba time converted to IST. For signature services, the terms treat a recorded delivery scan as evidence of delivery at first sight.
Result badge: green (delivered), shown as "Delivered"
Item not delivered/ Pending delivery
Kept word for word as the status, with no delivery date; the terms list reasons an item becomes undeliverable, such as an incomplete address or a refusal.
Result badge: grey
Attempt to deliver item
Shown as written even when it is the newest event, and never counted as a delivery; the post's terms call an item undeliverable once reasonable attempts have failed.
Result badge: amber (on the way)
No information, please check your item identifier
The IPS Web tracker on cds.postaruba.com has nothing filed under the number; TrackParcel shows not found, and the post suggests rechecking the number or contacting customer service.

No real Post Aruba item has been read yet, so the three cards show how TrackParcel's code treats these IPS Web event names, not wording seen on a Post Aruba item.

Post Aruba FAQ

Who else can collect a Post Aruba parcel for me?

Someone you authorise. The Postal Packages page offers an authorisation form to download and fill in, and the person collecting brings that form to the branch together with their own valid ID.

Which Post Aruba branch will hold my parcel?

Oranjestad by default. When the address is in the San Nicolas district, the parcel is handed to the San Nicolas branch automatically. To skip collection, the post will deliver it to an address of your choice for AWG 17,50.

How long will Post Aruba keep a parcel nobody collects?

Fifteen calendar days free of charge from arrival or notification; after that its terms add storage charges, which they call bewaarloon. An item still unclaimed two months after arrival or notification may be returned to the sender.

Does an Aruba address need a postal code?

No, Aruba has no postal code, as the post's help page states. The same page sends address changes to an online form, priced at AWG 25 for individuals and AWG 80 for businesses and valid for three months.
